Helt fantastisk opplevelse, minus at der ikke er basseng på plassen
Pros:

Fantastisk beliggenhet midt i smørøyet. Bygget og interiøret i dette historiske bygget var godt bevart ,og rommet vi hadde med takterasse var imponerende og over all forventning. Store gode rom. Spennende og eksotisk å bo her i dette gamle bygget i gamlebyen. Vi kom tidligere enn innsjekk og fikk sjekket inn med en gang, det er også et stort pluss. Personalet var vennlige og svært behjelpelige. WiFi var kjempebra og aircondition var veldig bra når den funket.

Cons:

Det er ekstremt misvisende at det står i annonsen at der er et utendørs svømmebasseng på hotellet. Vi kom med flere små barn og var veldig klar for å hoppe i bassenget for å kjøle oss av, bassenget låg da ikke på dette hotellet men på søsterhotellet som ligger rundt 4 km vekke, vi reiste med tog og kollektivtransport og hadde ikke bil. Dette burde virkelig komme bedre frem i annonsen. Det finnes kun en taxi i byen så dette ble litt styrete for et reisefølge på 8 med 4 barn. Bassenget på det andre hotellet var derimot som tatt ut av en italiensk drøm, helt utrolig nydelig med en utrolig god restaurant liggende ved.

La struttura è definita "dimora storica di lusso" ma purtroppo l’esperienza non corrisponde.
La camera al piano terra è rumorosa: ventole, cucina attiva fino a tardi e un motore acceso tutta la notte. Rumore costante che non ha permesso di riposare. Per dormire abbiamo dovuto tenere la finestra aperta con l'aria condizionata puntata addosso, situazione non salutare. Inoltre c’è passaggio di persone davanti alla camera.

Altri problemi: dalle 14:30 alle 16:30 blackout senza nessuna comunicazione e con idromassaggio e bagno turco inutilizzabili.
Check-in gestito da personale inesperto e referente irreperibile al telefono. Nessuna indicazione per il parcheggio.
In camera nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua.

Per circa 220€ a notte mi aspettavo ben altro in termini di comfort e assistenza. Al momento non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.

Posizione centralissima in dimora storica
ambiente non ordinario
dettagli curati e di pregio
vicinissimo all' inizio del borgo e della ZTL
non necessita accesso con vettura se non per casi veramente particolari
struttura attrezzata per fornire un relax di cui avevamo bisogno.
ottimo bar a pochi passi da casa.
ristoranti raffinati e per tutte le tasche.

Cons:

Con un tipo di dimora del genere non c' è molto da migliorare.
Se proprio dobbiamo cercare impelo nell' uovo, avrei aggiunto una multipresa anche sul lato destro del letto.

Weekend storico sul lago
Pros:

Posizione favolosa in pieno centro, a due passi dalla piazza e 5 minuti da tutte le maggiori attrazioni storiche e dal molo da cui partono i traghetti per le isole. Le finestre hanno vetri ben isolanti e i rumori del corso sottostante praticamente non si sentono. Noi alloggiavamo nella suite Brando e la terrazza è spettacolare, con una vista sul lago splendida. Camere super spaziose, ognuna con bagno ensuite. Arredamento e decori d'epoca, curatissimi, che valorizzano ancora di più la storicità del palazzo. Non ultimo, super pet-friendly!

Cons:

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Piccoli dettagli come l'attrezzatura della cucina (piuttosto minimal), e la rubinetteria delle docce (un po' datata) potrebbero essere ulteriormente migliorati per rendere tutto perfetto :)

Affascinante la dimora storica, buona la posizione, molto comoda per visitare il borgo e raggiungere facilmente il lago. Decisamente suggestivo il borgo, in particolar modo la rocca dalla quale si può ammirare tutto il lago.

Cons:

Per rispetto della storicità della struttura e del suo potenziale, sarebbe opportuno prestare maggiore attenzione ai dettagli e alla pulizia degli ambienti. Inoltre, probabilmente siamo capitati in un periodo particolare, ma abbiamo riscontrato in tutta la zona una notevole presenza di insetti simili alle zanzare, che si è rivelata estremamente fastidiosa. Consigliamo di adottare sistemi di protezione più efficaci per migliorare il comfort degli ospiti.

Step back in time in this historical palazzo.
Pros:

The host was accomodating to let us drop our bags off before check in. Liked the antiquity of the place, the location was beautiful and had a window with a view to the lake. Reception person was nice and helped me up the stairs with my bags.

Asukoht oli väga hea. Rõdu, aga sinna halb minna, sest trepp oli natuke logisev.

Cons:

Elutuba oli pime, ilma aknata (vaid katuseuks ja aken, kust sai rõdule). Rõdul vaade oli aga piiratud, kuna rõdu jagatud teise korteriga pooleks suure seinaga. Kirikukell kohe maja vastas ja äratab igal hommikul kell 8. Sipelgad toas. Natuke väsinud.
