Swimming pool closed with no reason given, so breach of my booking contract as the pool was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Many ceramic floor tiles in hallways and room are broken causing tripping hazards. . Filthy shower areas. Broken shower screens. Leaking toilets. Broken room furniture. Exposed redundant wiring and damaged paintwork on walls and ceilings No hot water in bathroom sinks. Shower heads filthy and not functioning correctly. Broken toilet seats. No refrigerator/water/slippers provided as per booking contract. I changed room four times due to numerous problems. City view rooms are extremely noisy 24/7 from the traffic below. Hotel lies on external websites about what they offer. Miserable experience and hotel refused full refund. Shockingly poor hotel and I’d never recommend it. I booked through Expedia and they were supportive of my complaint but couldn’t get hotel to admit responsibility for their failings. Book this hotel at your own peril.
Door knobs are kinda difficult to handle

Floor tile needto be repair. Parking lot is small. Room is wide and ok to stay.....but sound from road is very big in the night.... price is reasonable..
Near fast-food and convenience store. Plus it is easily accessible by car and public transport.

1) Floor tiles should be fixed bec some are moving when you step on it and some are broken
2) beds don’t have comforter or duvet. Only blankets which are not really comfortable with an airconditioned rooms
3) door lock is quite hard to deal with. Room 301. This must be fixed for security purposes of your guests
4) bath towels are old, have holes and hard on skin
5) bathroom door and room door hinges are squeaky. It needs oil
6) there is no facial tissue. Only one roll of toilet paper
This is not my first time to stay here. But I had the same issues again this time. I hope this comment will help the management to aim for the improvement of the hotel.
Language barriers make it difficult to communicate with some staff

tiles at the hallway floor are broken
Tiles are all not fixed as they were moving while we step on it. we stayed for 2 nights and nobody bothered to ask us for room make up - so our room was a complete mess. Incomplete toiletries- we were told that in one room they only provide for one set of hygiene kit - our rooms are supposed to accommodate 2 to 3 people! But they provided us after we requested. No complimentary water and refrigerator contrary to what was indicated in our vouchers. The hotel staffs need improvement in anticipating guests needs and demands and also please give attention to the cleanliness of the hotel which is the most important aspect especially in line the line of your business.
