War ein schöner Trip in einen schönem Hotel in dem man sich wohl gefühlt hat

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet wirkt dennoch aber warm und gemütlich
Das Spa war wunderschön aber eher klein hat mich persönlich aber gar nicht gestört gab immer Snacks u Getränke finde ich top. Das Essen der Restaurants waren sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Das Frühstück bot alles an was man sich unter einem auswahlreichen Frühstück vorstellt.

Cons:

Meiner Meinung nach sind die Preise bei den Restaurants zu hoch für die Portion. Da die Portionen eher kleiner sind.

Too expensive for what you get. As well our room was above the staff smoking area.

The staff of the breakfast was absolutely great and very kind and helpful.

I must say, the spa is absolutely amazing and the breakfast is wonderful as well.

Cons:

Too expensive for the rooms you get. Our room was situated on the floor right above the kitchen which made sure there were many loud noises until late at night and we were waken up multiple times by the smoke of cigarettes entering our room. Sadly, we couldn’t close the windows because it was extremely warm in the room (no AC) even though at night it was 13 degrees outside.

The rooms also did not have any coffee machine or tea facilities which you would expect from a hotel with these high room prices. And the robes and swimming pool towels being picked up at 19h the day before check out is very strange as well as the pool area is open until 21h.

The reception staff didn’t say much and didn’t make you feel welcome at all. When we checked out the only thing that was said was ‘you still have to pay the city tax’.
For an hotel with these prices you expect way better service.

Sehr stylisches, ruhiges Hotel mit tollem Ausblick von der Terrasse
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen herrlichen Blick auf die Skipiste und eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist sehr elegant und schön, die Atmosphäre ist ruhig. Ein Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden und alle Mitarbeitenden sind super nett!

Sehr schöner Aufebthalt, Kontrolle des Spa Bereichs dürfte besser sein.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich mag die familiäre Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Leider wird im Saunabereich zu wenig „kontrolliert“. Während unserem Aufenthalt befanden sich immer wieder Personen in Strassenkleidern und Strassenschuhen im Ruhebereich auf den Liegen. Auch der textilfreie Bereich ist oft nicht textilfrei. Das ist rein aus hygienischer Sicht sehr unschön. Hier könnte mehr darauf geschaut werden. Das habe ich schon seit Jahren festgestellt.

I ragazzi giovani al ristorante molto gentili e disponibili

La stanza era veramente troppo rumorosa
Ci hanno dato la camera vicino alla cucina del ristorante
Muri veramente poco insonorizzati
Abbiamo dormito poco durante la notte calcolando che il ristorante puliva fino alle 23/24
E durante il giorno tornati dalle escursioni era impossibile riposare al pomeriggio.
Mi dispiace ma per quello che abbiamo pagato ci aspettavamo un po di più, anche come gestione del problema quando l’abbiamo esposto alla reception ci è stato detto che se volevamo cambiare stanza dovevamo pagare un surplus di 900€
Sinceramente follia. E ci siamo sentiti etichettati come quelli delle camere ‘’’standard di categoria bassa’’’
Non è stato piacevole.

EXCEPCIONAL
Pros:

Un hotel ESPECTACULAR, la recepcionista hablaba español. Es un hotel bastante nuevo y está todo muy moderno. El baño era super moderno. Había servicio de SPA pero por falta de tiempo no pudimos disfrutarlo. Solo pasamos una noche, pero si tuviera que volver a esta zona no dudaría en volver alojarme en este hotel.
