Overall great stay with amazing spa, we would like to come back.
Pros:

Amazing spa facilities and views. The room was also very spacious and we also loved the heated floor in the bathroom.
We came for skiing and hotel location was great, just a short 5 min walk from the main gondola. And we enjoyed the spa after busy slopes, especially water stream massage in the swimming pool was great to relax the muscles. The breakfast was also very good, especially the coffee.

Cons:

We think the beds were not the comfiest and then duvets were quite small. Soundproofing could have been better because you could hear the loud guests talking in the hallway or room doors being slammed.

We enjoyed the hotel and would stay again. Going to the pool, wellness area and sauna after skiing felt great. Located c

It’s a very well run clean hotel. The building is modern and well thought out. There are ski lockers with boot driers at -1. It has an underground car park on a first come first serve basis, we always found a space.
On the top floor (3) is the swimming pool, wellness area, steam room and sauna. We enjoyed them thoroughly with the provided slippers, robe and towels.
The staff are very professional and pleasant.
The basic buffet breakfast was very good and one could also order pancakes, eggs etc at no extra cost.
The bar is very nice and pleasant to hang out in.

Cons:

Where the kettle and cups were placed there was no plug,so we had to move them into the bathroom.
There is limited closet room, perhaps because we had an end room.
The floor heating was set too high and it looked like it was already turned way down. It turned out that the bathroom needed to be set at 1 degree and the bedroom at -2 to make it cool enough to sleep comfortably. We only asked reception on our 3rd night (should have asked earlier).

Everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great.
The Ciampinoi cable car is only a few minutes away, about 200 meters. Great location and ski room for winter sports enthusiasts.
Highly recommend!

The absence of fridge in the room.

Classy hotel, perfect base for skiing the Sella Ronda - felt very pampered by the superb staff.
Pros:

Classy hotel, perfect for skiing holidays - 4 mins walk to the main cable car for Ciampinoi, dry-room with personal lockers for ski gear (incl. heated boot-drying rack), sauna, steam room and small swimming pool with loungers, mountain views and free chilled juice, herbal teas and dried fruit snacks. Comfortable, quiet rooms, with extra towels and robes/slippers provided for pool trips. Large, excellent, breakfast selection and nice bar with plentiful seating areas for the evening.. Excellent, friendly, helpful staff (all with perfect English), right down to daily offering of various fruit slices (melon, kiwi, etc.) for those relaxing by the pool. Felt very pampered and relaxed after wonderful days of skiing the Sella Ronda.

Pros:

La zona spa molto carina, colazione buona ma non eccezionale

Cons:

Camera non eccellente, poco isolata, letto scomodo così come i cuscini, doccia che perdeva acqua per la guarnizione, per il prezzo che si paga ci si aspetta di più (ormai queste zone sono per vip in generale).

We enjoyed the proximity to everything and the ability to rent skis within the hotel. The pool is amazing and relaxing.

Cons:

I only wish the sauna and steam room were open to hotel guest during the day.
