Great location and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Great hotel in an ideal location for visiting the main attractions in Osaka and also close to Umeda Station so easy access for day trips in the area. The room was comfortable and the staff welcoming - it was a pleasant surprise that my luggage (which I had stored before check-in) was taken up to my room ahead of my return that evening. The breakfast was also good.

large spacious rooms. the family room was massive. high quality finishes. very comfortable beds. extras like roof terrace with free water, tea etc. luggage storage. on a quiet road. walking distance to subways. great neighbourhood with lots of shops, restaurants etc
