Nicht sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett, sprach gut Englisch und war sehr hilfreich. Check-in und Check-out ist 24h möglich, ausserdem gibt es viele Amenities (Gesichtcreme, Kamm, Rasierer, Zahnbürtse etc). Die Lage ist zentral beim Bahnhof Umeda Osaka.

Cons:

Die Lage ist zentral aber nahe am "Rotlichtviertel". Man sah abends einige Hostessen in der Nähe der Einkaufsstrasse. Uns hat es nicht sehr gestört, aber das Viertel wirkt schon leicht anrüchig.
Unser Nichtraucher-Zimmer roch trotzdem leicht nach Zigarettenrauch, war wahrscheinlich ein ehemaliges Raucherzimmer und auch in der Lobby roch es unangenehm parfümiert. Die Zimmer waren klein, nicht sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und fühlten sich immer leicht feucht an.
Wir haben hier übernachtet, kurz nachdem es vom "Hotel Wing" zum "Koko Hotel" wurde, schwer zu sagen ob das auch einen Einfluss hatte oder nicht.

非常棒!
Pros:

飯店地點很棒，走路十分鐘就到大阪站
員工素質、服務態度都很好

Cons:

希望KOKO飯店早餐可以有更多的選擇
這次有加訂飯店早餐，KOKO每家分店早餐各自有主題
也知道不想可以不要去吃，但吃了好多天的漢堡
希望可以多抹醬吐司的選擇

Very anonymous. No space around bed for both people to get out without climbing over the other person. No coffee/tea in room - sure outside reception there was a dispenser. Laundry facilities insufficient for number of rooms

Een aangenaam hotel met vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Gezellig en vlot personeel. Het ontbijt is gezellig opgesteld . Er is altijd genoeg en wordt voortdurend bijgevuld.
