Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä sijainti, josta helppo kulkea ympäri Osakaa. Aamupala oli ehdoton suosikki, jopa tyttäreni piti siitä, valikoimassa oli sekä japanilaista että länsimaalaista, itse suosin japanilaista, varsinkin misokeitto oli maukasta. Tulen varmasti tänne uudelleen. Sängyt pedattiin (lakanoiden vaihto pyynnöstä) ja roskikset tyhjennettiin, pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin. Itse suosin vähän suurempia huoneita, joten varatessa valitsin sellaisen, kaupunkinäkymä plussaa.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic and relatively cheap for the selection at hand. The staff were great and super helpful. The communication lounge was perfect, all the little treats and free drinks and noodles. The smoke room was always clean.

Clean hotel ideally located within easy walking distance of everything
Pros:

The hotel is within easy walking distance to train stations, shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, and the entertainment district. It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable, and the waterfall shower and whirlpool tub were great.

Cons:

Room was small although I upgraded to a superior room. Had to rearrange some furniture so we could open our suitcases. Air conditioner was quite noisy and kept turning itself off, so room was too warm during the night.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war zwar sehr klein und altmodisch, jedoch hat man alles, was man braucht (vor allem einen Mini-Kühlschrank). Super fanden wir die kostenlosen Getränke, welche Nachmittags und Abends zugänglich sind (sogar Wein bekommt man kostenlos).

Cons:

Die Zimmer, die man auf den Fotos sieht, sind deutlich moderer als das, welches wir bekamen. Nicht zu sehr auf die Fotos verlassen (wenn man eines der günstigen Zimmer bucht). In den unteren Stockwerken (wir waren im 10. Stock), hat man überhaupt keine Aussicht (was ich mir bei dem Namen "View Hotel" schon erwartet hätte, vor allem im 10. Stock).
Man ist schon etwas weiter weg von den typischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, das heißt, man ist auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen. Ums Eck befindet sich allerdings eine Metrostation, dadurch kommt man leicht überall hin.

Very very uncomfortable, cleaning was bad, beds were bad, room size was very bad. The hotel had nothing to offer or provide. We did not even get help with luggage, very small, i would not come here again.

Staff were very hard to communicate with, even when using google translate.

Locatie is top. Vlakbij de metro. Zoals overal in Japan zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamer en badkamer is perfect

For a short stay and easy/fast public metro station it gets the job done.
Pros:

The location is very good. There’s a metro station like 2 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was very small (for 2 people with a lot of luggage). Internet was like Russian roulette game (because of the Captive Portal system). Sometimes you have internet as sometime you don’t. You will need to wait a few hours to get internet access). Tip: get your own E-sim data plan.
The bed was too hard for our body. Everyday we were getting up with back pains.

Pros:

The hotel offered complimentary drinks, and had a nice seating area outside. Located very close to the train station.

Cons:

Wifi didn’t work and staff weren’t very helpful with trying to fix the problem. The bed and pillow were quite hard and uncomfortable, and the window let in a lot of light in the morning.
