Séjour au paradis à deux pas du quadrado
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, un havre de paix pour visiter Trancoso à deux pas du quadrado. Les chambres sont très belles, le petit déjeuner est excellent et très complet, et le personnel est tout juste parfait! Rien à redire.

Casa privada pero con todas las comodidades de un hotel ✨ ✨
Pros:

Disfrutamos de unos días perfectos en Bahía Bonita, nuestra casa era muy linda y súper cómoda, 5 estrellas en todo. Destacable todas las personas que ahí trabajan y ponen tanta atención en cada detalle, cumplimos nuestro 10 aniversario de casados allá y ese día en nuestra casa nos esperó una hermosa sorpresa ❤️.
El desayuno a la carta es riquísimo, muy variado y te hacen todo en el momento. Y el té de la tarde completaba el día de playa de la mejor forma.
Nos fuimos felices y con muchas ganas de volver. Nos sentimos muy mimados, gracias.
Recomiendo mucho este complejo, ya se lo recomendamos a todos nuestros amigos.

Ein Traumhotel in Trancoso
Pros:

Das Hotel verfügt zwar über 5 Sternen, das Service hat allerdings mindestens 6. Die Betreuung war exzellent zu jedem Zeitpunkt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren gut geschult und trugen zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei. Ich komme gern wieder und bleibe auch länger.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation über die App könnte verbessert werden, vor allem bezüglich automatisierter Nachrichten, die sich nicht immer mit den Absprachen vor Ort gedeckt haben und deshalb mitunter zu Verwirrungen geführt haben.

Tudo simplesmente perfeito! Uma das melhores experiências que tivemos em hotel! Os funcionários te dão um atendimento diferenciado, sempre visando atender a sua necessidade por mais exclusiva que seja! O ambiente do hotel é muito agradável, a vista da piscina e do restaurante é lindíssima . A alimentação é surreal, tudo preparado na hora conforme o seu pedido! O cardápio do café da manhã é perfeito (não há um buffet seu café é preparado conforme o seu pedido - atenção com a dieta!!! Rs … tudo delicioso). A equipe do hotel é excelente no atendimento, atenção e simpatia!
