Comfy Craftsman
Pros:

We stayed in the Craftsman Cottage ground floor. Easy access, comfortable bed, comfortable living area, full kitchen, washer/dryer. A/C worked great and easy to adjust. Onsite parking lot.

Cons:

Bathroom was spacious but it has a whirlpool tub with rain shower over the middle. The tub was hard to get in and out of.
Would have been nice to have some Kleenex. TV remote didn't work from the chair or couch. Had to stand close to the TV, maybe it just needs new batteries.

The pictures don't do justice. It was amazingly decorated and SUPER clean. The staff was incredibly helpful.
Pros:

The property is conveniently located near fast foods and restaurants. Also being within the Sanford's historic district makes it inviting for a nice walk. I took advantage of the restaurant on property. The food and the mimosas were delicious.

Cute but I don’t like the check in requirements. They need a new bed.
Pros:

Very cute spot near town.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. They really need to replace it. I also did not like that I was required to submit photos of my drivers license through a 3rd party app and then take a selfie. The staff are remote, so this is how they do it, but I wouldn’t stay here again due to this.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and the linens were clean.

Cons:

Run down and in need of an update. (See pictures) Windows were filthy. Outside furniture unusable. And the door to the deck was open when we arrived, which allowed flying insects to enter the apartment.

Pros:

This was my first visit, and I selected it for its price and location to the airport. Upon arriving, I discovered this charming place in the midst of a lovely neighborhood. I felt safe and comfortable. The room fit my love for antiques and I love purple. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends.

Cons:

The fact that there was no food offered on Sunday evening was the only downfall for me.

Pros:

I booked this room last minute after a flight cancellation. I didn't have any expectations but this inn was the best one I've ever stayed in. Extremely clean and cozy. The shower was exceptional and I loved the furnishings. Check in and out was super easy. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Perfect in Sanford.
Pros:

Great host. Good communication whatever we needed. Beautiful room appointed with fabulous antiques. Beautiful graounds with flower arbors and outdoor seating. Great parking. Only place we would stay in Sanford.

All good.

Very nice but needs to be checked for mold
Pros:

Very charming style, kitchen had everything I needed to cook including cooking oil and salt and pepper. I appreciated the tea kettle and used it daily. Bed was comfortable, great jacuzzi bath tub, and property included a washer and dryer which I used for the towels since I ended up staying for 3 nights.

Cons:

It was old and smelled a little musty and by the 3rd night I had an upper respiratory infection so I think someone should check the place for mold spores.
