Lovely room with helpful staff who were very friendly too. Great position for the lovely streets of Tokyo. The reason we gave it 4 star is breakfast was a little disappointing and a bit slow accessing hot drinks etc. Also no tea or coffee in rooms, but have kettle and fridge etc. You have to buy your own tea. Not a big problem but only place this was the case on our Japan stay.

Clean hotel in a good location, friendly staff!

最喜歡廁所有乾濕分離的部分，浴室空間非常大，浴缸可以躺着泡。地點有點尷尬，四條站走過去大概7-8分鐘、到附近的錦市場/京極商店街則是大概13-15分鐘。在外面玩完一整天想去逛街就會走得有點累。不過附近有很多巴士能直接到達景點（清水寺、嵐山等等），也有不少便利店和餐廳。推薦給沒有小孩隨行的各位！

Belle chambre, bon petit dejeuner, juste les.subtilites de la douche japonaise et les articles de toilette à demander à l accueil sont un peu perturbants. Sinon tres bel hotel , calme, bien placé.

The room was very good for traveling with basic necessities and accommodating for two people. The room was compact but manageable and spacious for traveling with minimal luggage. The staff was very friendly and nice. The location of the hotel is the close to many locations in Kyoto and transportation hubs. In addition, the amenities in the facility (laundry, breakfast and vending machines) were a nice perk and useful mid trip.

A 3* hotel in a very good location, extremely clean and new. Rooms are small (as expected) but we paid a bit extra and they moved us to a very big room. Bathroom is separated from toilet, which is very convenient. Hotel offers self-service laundry/dryer machines, and the staff even showed us how to use them. However, breakfast is severely lacking, with very limited options. What really saves or makes this hotel an outstanding option is its staff. Very friendly, polite and really helpful. They could not do enough for us. Fully recommended. All in all, a good place to stay to explore Kyoto.

It was a really nice stay. We booked a 3 bed room. Very comfortable and large bed. Central location. Many coffee and restaurant around. The staff was very friendly. All perfect.

A good hotel for a short stay. The room was well equipped, but 1/3 of the space was occupied by a significantly raised podium with a Japanese style table and 2 chairs which left very little usable space in the rest of the room. The bathroom was great and everything immaculately clean. The breakfast was ok, not wonderful, but they do tea and coffee service all day long in the lounge. Their sister property in Fukuoka is far worse.

Not the best-located but you can walk to the subway station a few blocks and walkable to Nijo Castle. On a quieter street near many restaurants and shops. Clever design in my small room meant there was ample space for all of my things. It was very well laid out. The breakfast buffet was serviceable but not special.

This is a good basic hotel with excellent staff. It is well located in central Kyoto, about 20 mins walk from Gion. The great thing about the location is it’s not completely full of tourists and there is the ability to work around and find genuine neighbourhood restaurants serving the locals.

The breakfast is quite basic and they offer one hot option (usually a stirfried meat or fish with exactly the same veggies) and then quite a limited but adequate breakfast buffet.

The standard rooms are quite small and it was only cleaned once during a 5 day stay (I think we could have asked for it to be cleaned more often). Towels and water in rooms refreshed each day.

The reason to stay here (aside from the very helpful staff who were always willing to help with our queries and booking restaurants etc) is really its location and cost.

Good location for a base to see the city sights as close to a metro station and buses.
We had a superior double room but it was small and cramped especially with 2 suitcases in the room - we ended up putting 1 in the bathroom. The windows don’t open so it also felt a bit stuffy at times. The toiletries provided in the room are limited compared to other hotels but there are a few more toiletries available to pick up in the lobby.
The restaurant is more like a cafe and breakfast is a buffet style with 1 cooked option each day brought to your table.

Good, new hotel. Great services by staffs. Room was a bit small but that’s ok. There’s a 7mins walk to central. Would have preferred it’s closer to central but overall the hotel was good to stay.
