Very comfortable and enjoyable stay for my family of four with young kids. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful

Exceptional location. Just a stone’s throw to the famous night market. The amenities in the hotel were top notch, very clean and spacious room. Strong and free WiFi coverage all throughout the property. The breakfast buffet variety and flavors were diverse and delectable. My Chau the hotel front desk manager was a kind and friendly personality. He absolutely took care of all our needs with full initiative and patience.

A true oasis of rest where a great team awaits you.
Pros:

Overall a superb experience. As a Hotel General Manager myself of luxury properties, it is not easy to fulfill my expectations, but the team here is really superb and deserves all the credit. Breakfast was very well presented, and there was a great variety, serving for all. The front office was very wellcoming and giving great assitance. Location was perfect, within walking distance of the centre and still quiet during night time. Will go back, for sure.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the unit was not placed correctly and, therefore, was not cooling the overall parts of the room, keeping one bed area out of reach.
However, the team brought in a separate fan to solve the issue.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was great to cool day on the hot days. Great location, easy walk to everything.

Great staff and service. Convenient location for Old Town.
Pros:

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Large and very clean room with view of the canal. Buffet breakfast was excellent with huge variety of choices.

Cons:

The weather was extremely hot at the time of our visit and the room facilities shut down when you remove your room card, so we were unable to leave our air conditioning on for our return into the room.

Magnifique, que ce soit l'emplacement, l'authenticité de l'hôtel, un petit déjeuner grandioses et surtout des personnels au petits soins du début et à la fin de votre séjour.

Cons:

Malheureusement, on a du quitter l'hôtel car notre séjour été terminé. Dommage pour ça sniff.

Staff went above and beyond to help, pool area nice and quiet, music should be changed or at least no music for a while.

Cons:

Decking on balcony quite dangerous we stayed on top floor, step was too high, mattress I feel could have been a little better quality my personal opinion though, overall stay was good.

Zimmer wirkte auf den Bildern etwas grösser, zudem sind die Zimmer etwas abgenutzt. Frühstück hat viel Auswahl, viel hat aber nur mässig lecker

I was so surprised to be delighted by such a beautiful surroundings very close to the town with very nice staff Mr Ch Chau was extremely pleasant and helpful

Cons:

The pool was beautiful. It’s just close enough to the centre of the town but not very noisy. Very relaxing.
