Pros:

ロケーションがとても良くて何処へ行くにも便利でした。1日中ホイアンの美味しいものを食べに出かけたり、疲れたらホテルに戻って休憩。
最高の休日が送れました。
レセプションのchauさんがとても親切にしてくれました。

天気にも恵まれなかった事もあり、値段の割にはイマイチだった。
Pros:

ロケーション。旧市街地まで近かった。

Cons:

従業員がやたらセールスしてくる。根負けして、翌日のはココナッツボートを頼んだら、迎えの車が来ない。レセプションの方が、電話で呼んでくれて30分遅れで迎えに来た。多分、セールスだけして手配を忘れていたのではないかと思う。

High end accommodations perfectly located. It has big rooms with view of the canal and it is just two minute walk to all the restaurants and activities in Hoi An.

We had a very enjoyable 5 night stay at Laluna Hoi An. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was very clean and comfortable. Our massages in the Spa were excellent.

Perfekte 3 Tage in Hoi An
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, in 5min ist man in der Altstadt. Wir wurden persönlich betreut von Mr. Chau, es war wunderbar. Alles perfekt.

Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.
Das Hotel liegt am Rand der Innenstadt und ist somit perfekt gelegen. Man ist schnell im Zentrum aber hat gleichzeitig seine Ruhe vor dem ganzen lauten und bunten Trubel. Auch der Pool liegt etwas versteckt und abgeschirmt von der Stadt in der Hotelanlage und lädt zu einer Erfrischung und etwas Entspannung ein.
Das Personal war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hatte viele Tipps und Ausflugsempfehlungen für uns. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt :)

Cons:

Eine Kleinigkeit die uns aufgefallen und ein wenig gestört hat war die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Wir hatten keine Probleme in Ruhe zu schlafen, aber leider hat man in der sonst so ruhigen Atmosphäre, manche Gäste am Abend besonders laut gehört.
