Fantastic staff - Anna and Tina. Great location and wonderful service
Pros:

Anna the manager was amazing at looking after us and we really enjoyed our chats with her - such a lovely lady and very good at her job. Tina was awesome at organising our trips away for the day and a very sweet lady. Would highly recommend staying here for sure 🤩Excellent location.

Pros:

Breakfast buffet was incredible. The staff were all extremely helpful and courteous. The pool was nice and clean. Location is great, and just a short walk to old town, which keeps it out of the noise but extremely close to easy access.

Perfect! It is well worth the money!
Pros:

We truly had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic—just a two-minute walk from the Old Town and the lantern boats. A huge compliment goes to the incredibly friendly staff, who took the time to chat with us every morning. They arranged everything for us; that personal touch made our stay even better. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Hoi An book this hotel. With love, Danny & Don from the Netherlands.

Pros:

The hotel is quiet, about 10 minutes' walk to the old town. Breakfast was great! Service was excellent!

Cons:

The river view room on the fourth floor does not add extra value to me as the balcony wall is too high and it's hard to see the view.

Pros:

A quiet, quality hotel within easy walking distance to the Old Town. Lovely comfortable room, we had a balcony overlooking the river. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Plentiful breakfast with lots of choice. We also had a nice lunch in the pool bar. The pool was a welcome addition in the hot weather!

Chay the manager helped us tremendously. They gave us a welcoming drink booked us the spa for the next day and arranged our trip to Bana Hills which is spectacular. Love the location we are close to everything Hoi ann is such a charming place. The breakfast at the hotel was flavorful there was a mix of Vietnamese and International fare delicious. Would definitely recommend this place,

Cons:

The hotel is a little dated but actually that is its charm. The water takes a while to heat up it is a good think weather is hot you do ot really need warm water.
