Highly recommended
Pros:

Their hospitality service is absolutely amazing. Their receptionist did a very good job in recommending places for us to visit. They always ensure that we have a pleasant stay in their hotel. Overall, highly recommend this place for family.

Great stay, great location
Pros:

Lovely little hotel . We had a ground floor room at the back of the hotel and it was super quiet and comfortable. Happy hour is good value. It is so close to the old town and the street is quiet with limited traffic at night.

Cons:

The flip lid bin for dirty toilet paper was unhygienic and didn't look like it got cleaned. I ended up taking the lid off so I didn't have to touch anything.

Cute beautiful property overlooking the river. 2 mins walk to the ancient town heritage walk area. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river. Staff were exceptional with a smiling face. We only had breakfast (included with our booking) at the hotel and they had a good spread of items. We stayed out late to enjoy the lantern boats on the river, went out for a quite early morning walk on the heritage street as well as by the river, all was possible due to the location of the hotel being close to everything. There are ATM, spa, eSIM shops just a few blocks away. All in all a great place, good value for money and a smiling friendly staff.

It’s a comfortable 3+ star hotel in a good location
Pros:

Thought I’d booked swimming pool view but hadn’t and couldn’t be changed. Ended up with a balcony overlooking the back street. There was a party/bar with very loud karaoke. Luckily for us it finished at 22.00hrs.
The room was big and clean, shower good, but it feels a bit bare.
The breakfast is ok but the food on the buffet could have been hotter. The cooked eggs were very good.
Swimming pool is nice and relaxing (once the fan from the kitchen stops).
Loved the free bicycles!!
Location is very good. Easy walking to the old part but far enough away from all the hustle (karaoke aside).

I think the hotel is ok but it’s more like a three than a four star. Would stay here again but with lower expectations

Cons:

The warm food at the breakfast buffet wasn’t kept hot enough.

Très beau séjour .
Pros:

Emplacement parfait à quelques minutes du pont japonais .
Une très belle piscine , un très beau buffet de petit déjeuner.
Nous avons apprécié le prêt de vélos pour se balader dans les rizières jusqu’à la mer.
Ne pas hésiter à prendre leur taxi privé pour aller à Hué, moins cher qu’en bus .
Le personnel est très efficace parle anglais pour la plupart , et fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse.
