Wonderful stay
Pros:

Laluna Riverside hotel is in a great location, walking distance from everything. Rooms are comfortable and very tidy. The staff are marvellous and always check if everything is okay and if you need any help they are always there.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and would highly recommend it.
Excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pros:

Everything was great! She hotel is cozy and pretty, the rooms are great and clean, the pool and the bar are great and the staff are so friendly and helpful and will make sure that everything is to your satisfaction.
Definitely recommend staying there.

Cons:

The breakfast is repetitive and lacks variety in my opinion, but still ok

Lovely hotel with bar, pool, restaurant and very helpful staff on edge of old town

Exceptional, will defiantly be back!
Pros:

From check in to check out we had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving ideas and suggestions, arranging transport and general manners and attitude were great. The room was very nice and comfortable (river view next time ;)). Facilities were good, small pool but nice and relaxing.

Cons:

The rain, but that could not be avoided :). There was nothing that we did not like, we only stayed two days.

Jamais on a vu un personnel aussi sympathique, avenant, souriant et à l’écoute, désireux de tjs vouloir améliorer les choses. Ils ont accepté de nous changer la chambre deux fois sans aucun problème.

Cons:

Petit bémol concernant le petit déjeuner : pour avoir un espressivo, cappuccino ou thé autre que noir il faut payer. Et l’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas top. L’hôtel est à 5 min du centre mais c’est un avantage car bcp plus calme.

⭐ 1 STAR — CHECK EVERY CHARGE VERY CAREFULLY

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing.

Throughout my trip in Vietnam, I experienced several situations where I felt that tourists were being taken advantage of financially, with unexpected extra charges or unclear additional fees. Unfortunately, I had exactly the same experience at this hotel.

I had purchased a SPA package that clearly included a manicure with GEL COLOR.

However, once I arrived, they first tried to charge me extra to remove the polish I already had on my nails, and then they wanted to charge me an additional fee simply because I chose a completely normal gel color.

If the package clearly includes “gel color,” what exactly am I supposed to be paying extra for?

When I questioned the charge, the staff member told me she would go and check. She left, never came back, and nobody gave me any explanation.

The worst part happened at check-out.

When I carefully reviewed my bill, I discovered that those extra charges had been added anyway, despite the fact that I had already clearly disputed them and said that I would not pay for something that was supposed to be included in my package.

I had to personally ask for those charges to be removed from the bill.

Unfortunately, this was not an isolated experience during my trip to Vietnam. It happened to me several times in different places, where I had to be extremely careful with prices, extra charges and final bills to make sure I was not being charged for things I had not agreed to. This was honestly one of the things I disliked the most about my trip and it left me with a very negative impression.

My advice to anyone staying at this hotel, and more generally to anyone traveling in Vietnam, is to CHECK EVERYTHING carefully. Always ask for the price in advance, make sure you understand exactly what is included, and check every single item on your final bill before paying.

We loved our stay here. Spoil yourself and try this hotel for yourselves.
Pros:

Best breakfast we have enjoyed during our Vietnam holiday. Location was brilliant. Close to everything a tourist would want to see. Pool area isgreat and big...room was Deluxe.

Cons:

I didnt like that we had to leave. I will definately return to this hotel.
