It was a nice stay. They need to work on the short comings to make it a better experience.
Pros:

Though they don't have a restaurant they will source it from outside and provide you with breakfast. For the amount it is good. The location is good. They have a covered parking at the basement.

Cons:

The size of the room was small, it could have been better. The wifi was not available on that day, not sure if it was an issue with the service provider or local network.

Lenin is very old, hot water is not good enough to feel hot (only warm water) and complimentary breakfast was kept delayed - seemed like trying to avoid providing the facility. They could have excluded it, but kept us waiting for a long time.
