Wir waren zwar nur kurz da, aber dass Hotel hat ins sehr gut gefallen! Wenn wir wieder mal an den Gardasee fahren buchen wir sicher hier!

Junior Suite - 2 Rooms NO DOOR - between the rooms - Incorrect description on Booking site
Pros:

Super lage. Leihfahrreder gleich da / unkompliziert. Frühstücksraum- traumhaft. Pool/Bar - perfekt. Frühstück - frische Obst, Croissants, Eier... sehr sehr gut. 2 von 4 Rezeptionsfrauen waren super. 2 anderen waren arrogant, hilflos und herablassig als Sie uns mehrmals erklärt haben, ein Zimmer / a Room / una camere does NOT have to have a door... We booked the Junior suite with TWO rooms - assuming that there was a door between them, since we both snore... and we could not sleep the first night - neither of us. Resolution of the problem meant paying for a second room (Hotel explaining that a bedroom does not necessarily have a door- to us several times). Expensive vacation- unsatisfactory resolution from hotel management.

Falsche Beschreibung der Junior Suite ! - 2 Zimmer OHNE Tür dazwischen - also Schnarchen /Snoring - UNABLE to SLEEP. Reception ladies explained: "In Italy a room does not have to have a door". After 3 discussions with 3 different reception ladies at three different times, the third one agreed to call the management again - and they offered us a second room - which we had to pay for 367€ total - used by 1 person for the remaining three nights. So we paid the full price for the junior suite for all 4 nights as if there were two people in it $$ ( last 3 nights only 1 person slept there) AND we paid for the second room for 3 nights (we received a 10% discount - but we thought it should have been FREE)... but we did not want to ruin our vacation. Hotel is pretty nice, great breakfast, location, pool, some rooms are updated... but the reception ladies / two were EXCELLENT and tried to help us and two others were condescending - saying we should be able to see from the pictures in the booking.com site that there is no door... but you cannot see it in the pictures and in Germany, England, Spain, France if a booking.com site shows two bedrooms... there is DOOR to a bedroom... at this Hotel - there is NO Door.. you walk in to the room in a hallway that connects two bedrooms - no DOOR between them. This was the reason we booked the room... VERY VERY disappointed. I feel we should be refunded the 367€ for the second room.

Good but not great
Pros:

The reception, bar and swimming pool area were very nicely decorated. The staff especially Enuid was very kind.

Cons:

The rooms in comparison to the main areas were disappointing and we booked a superior room but were given a room with a street view and no terrace. The shower has a broken hairdryer replaced with a plug in one though. They did not like giving out water when asked and said we could only have one free small bottle per day. They charged us 3 euros for an additional bottle. The sun loungers around the pool were very uncomfortable.

Pros:

Room was ok. Big enough for 4 people. The sofas bed were not bad however the normal double bed was way more comfortable.
Breakfast also ok.

Cons:

I think breakfast could be more rich and they could have a restaurant on location but overall i was satisfied.
The room was ready at 3pm... normal time for many hotels but sometimes when ready good to have a bit earlier.

Tolles kleines sehr familiäres Hotel. Jedes Zimmer ist anders. Das Frühstück klasse, super👍🏻
Pros:

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war super lecker und viel Auswahl an Aufschnitt.
Das Art Hotel ist schön und von der Lage ganz gut. Auf jeden Fall ruhig.
Uns ist der Umgang untereinander sehr positiv aufgefallen, alle waren nett zueinander. Tolles miteinander. Ich würde es noch einmal buchen

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, man hat keine Möglichkeit sich abends hinzusetzen, da kein Platz für ein Sessel oder Couch ist.

Pros:

Gute Lage nahe am See, Restaurants und Strandbar in der Nähe. Parkplätze ausreichend auch in der Hochsaison direkt am Hotel. Stylische Dekoration.
Frisches Obst und Saftpresse beim Frühstück.
Pool mit ausreichend Liegen, ruhige entspannte Lage mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Freundliches Personal, easy Check-in

Cons:

Man konnte zwar Cappuccino gegen Aufpreis bestellen, am Frühstücksbuffet nur mässiger Kaffeeautomat, Betten sehr hart. Kleine Details wie Seifenschale oder Duschgelspender wären schön gewesen - dann wäre Preis -Leistung top.

A nice break in Lake Garda
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and the staff were great. The location is also really good and a short 5-10 mins from the bus station.

The pool area was nice and relaxing.

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Nothing, the bed was hard but this seems to be normal in Italy.
