La struttura appartiene ad un gruppo fanigliare che gestisce diverse attivita nell Hospitality, sono ottimamente diretti da Andrea, persona estremamente vulcanica e super attiva ma anche molto carismatica che aiuta alla motivazionee e condivisioni da parte del suo staff dei valori aziendali.
L hotel Ventaglio e’ un espressione di lui e del suo estro, mille particolarizzazioni e complementi d’ arredo e personale estremamente giovane, smart, preparato.
Vera, una delle ragazze dell accoglienza e’ decisamente straordinaria nel farti sentire molto ben accolto, ed e’ sempre professionamente a disposizione del cliente con un luminoso sorriso.

Cons:

Della struttura NULLA, peccato x il tempo (troppo poco) in cui mo sono fermato.

Das Hotel kann man weiterempfehlen. Besonders das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem beim Frühstücksbüffet werden auch Extrawünsche von Ilona erfüllt:-). Herzlichen Dank an euch alle♡

Pros:

Ich möchte zuerst erwähnen, dass das Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett, freundlich und herzlich ist. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und es gab eine große Auswahl. Alles war immer sauber und ordentlich. Jeden Tag wurden frische Handtücher ins Zimmer gebracht, was ich sehr geschätzt habe.
Auch Hunde sind hier wirklich herzlich willkommen, was heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Insgesamt war alles top und ich kann das Art Hotel Ventaglio nur weiterempfehlen!

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück sogar mit Entsafter mit frischen Obst und Gemüse! Hoteleigener Parkplatz gleich gegenüber. Saubere und sehr schöne Zimmer mit Balkon. Zwei Gehminuten zum See (wunderschöner Sonnenuntergang) und ca. 20 Minuten dem See entlang nach Bardolino (viele Geschäfte und sehr gute Restaurants)

Cons:

Pool hätte etwas sauberer sein können.

Pros:

Leuk ingericht hotel. De kamers zijn ruim genoeg. Het ontbijt was ok. Jammer genoeg hadden ze op onze laatste dag het aantal klanten iets verkeerd ingeschat en was het aanbod flink geslonken. Maar de andere dagen was dit zeker niet aan de orde.
De auto kan op een mooie grote parking staan.

Cons:

Stal me de vraag of het aanbod oplaadplaatsen (2) in verhouding is tot de hoeveelheid gasten. Gelukkig was dit tijdens ons verblijf geen probleem.
Het weer ;o) Maar daar kunnen ze in het hotel niks aan doen. Gelukkig kun je dan mooi overdekt van je ontbijt genieten.

Pros:

Zimmer war sehr schön. Wir waren im obersten Stock und hatten eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den gesamten See.
Das Frühstück ist TOP. Kaffee, Tee, man kann sich selber Saft von frischen Obst und Gemüse pressen.
Die Lage ist super fein. Man ist sehr lokal. Mit den Leihrädern (gratis) ist man schnell in Bardolino oder in Lazise.
