What I like is how luxury the hotel was and giving the breakfast menu definitely need more options like salami and etc what I didn’t like how thin the walls are you hear everything from people cell phones to conversations & how they charge for everything even umbrella

The rooms are nice & upscale, customer service is great. The shower has many shower heads you can control. The roof top is a vibe. 10/10 experience

This place was beautiful. The decor and the attention to detail really was impressive. The pool is amazing! The shower! The shower! The staff went above and beyond to exceed expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful luxury experience! Location was perfect because everything was literally within walking distance. I barely used my rental . The staff was hospitable and accommodating and made sure i celebrated my birthday the best way!

Our stay has unfortunately been very unpleasant. I’ve really tried to avoid leaving a negative review, but at this point it’s difficult not to. From early in the morning, starting around 8 AM, the noise level has been unbearable. Between the constant vacuuming in the hallways, loud footsteps above and around us, and what honestly sounds like construction or renovations happening next door, we haven’t been able to get any peace or rest during our stay.
On top of the noise issues, the service has also been disappointing. We specifically requested towels, and despite waiting, they were never brought to our room. For a place that should provide comfort and hospitality, the lack of responsiveness and consideration for guests has been incredibly frustrating.
Valet is extremely rude and it took 30 minutes for us to get our car when leaving to head to the airport. After waiting thirty minutes the guy with the Afro didn’t even apologize for the wait, open the doors or anything. He just parked the car and left the door opened and walked right inside. The only nice valet guy was Josue.
Overall, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, and I cannot recommend it. If I could give it less than 0/10, I would.

The rooms are dark because there are no windows and very little lighting to get yourself together. It felt a lot like being in a box. The rooms are also kept pretty cold because of the extreme condensation.

It was a great property but not worth the price. Maybe if it had complimentary drinks and breakfast

My niece birthday and this hotel housekeeping staff didn’t speak English and ruined our stay .
She didn’t clean our room because she didn’t understand,this is unacceptable.
Also we had to replace one of our door key and it knocked out the key
Bad experience

I like how the hotel is set up its is very romantic and couples friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that the bell boys did not do their job at all, I can count on my hand the number of times the door was opened for me and my wife with 4 guys standing outside on their phones. I was a vip customer but did not recieve that treatment at all times.

Beds were comfy and food was decent. Service could have been better. The Supervisor that monitors the outdoor area was very rude.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful! The view from the rooftop is amazing! Highly recommend O:LV Hotel
