Pros:

EXPEDIA, Vous n'avez aucun contrat avec la résidence Hôtelière Sarah Bernard. Vous proposez leur hébergement alors que vous n'avez pas accès à leur planning. C'est scandaleux !!!!

Pros:

Séjour pour le trail du Ponant , accueil sympathique . Chambre agréable et calme,trés bien située , pas de produits de bain ni savon dans la salle de bain .Le petit déjeuner est assez sommaire : pain , croissant , yaourt, jus d'orange , café lait , thé, eau chaude . Pour courir un 45 km : bof !!
A 9h30 , plus personne à l'accueil, pas possible de laisser les clés de la chambre . Le soir retour dans la chambre qui n'a pas été refaite pour la 2e nuit . Le lendemain matin , départ avant 10h , si on veut laisser sa valise en consigne , obligation de payer 10 euros !!

Pros:

Établissement à quelques pas du Port de Palais, facilement accessible mais très paisible la nuit. L'accueil se déroule de 17h à 20h. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant.

Pros:

Hôtel propre mais salle de bain trop petites. Petit déjeuner simpliste avec produits industriels. Impossibilite de joindre le responsable, ni par mail ni par telephone. Je ne recommenderais pas cet établissement pour le prix demandé.

Pros:

Nous n'avons pas pu nous rentre à cet hôtel.
Nous avons essayé d'annuler mais les responsables de l'hôtel on fait la sourde oreille et vos équipes attendent que ces personnes fassent l'annulation qui n'est toujours pas faite à ce jour.
Comment faire pour être remboursé?
