De plek, het personeel en de kamer. Gewoon super goed.
Onze sleutel werkte niet in de nacht😅, wel goed opgelost, maar een gebaar was wel fijn geweest.

Sfeervol gebouw in het centrum van Heerenveen. Leuk café restaurant erbij. Heerlijke douche.
De kamer zag er fancy uit, maar was eigenlijk heel onhandig . Een wastafel in de kamer en geen haakjes om je handdoeken aan te hangen, slechte verlichting met name bij de wastafel , dat soort dingen.
Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamer was prachtig en stijlvol ingericht en er was geen omgevingsgeluid.
De bedden waren niet comfortabel. Vrij zacht en je voelde de vervorming in de topper.

De natte delen. Geen mogelijkheid om je zittend af te drogen. Geen enkele mogelojkheid om je vast te houden in de douche.
