Pros:

Personnel très gentil, chambres spacieuses. Séjour agréable dans son ensemble.

Cons:

C’est dommage de ne pas indiquer que la piscine ferme tôt dans l’annonce (7pm) et qu’un dress code particulier est imposé.
Aucun problème de se plier aux coutumes, mais les autres hôtels l’indiquaient et cela nous a empêché de nous baigner le premier jour le temps d’acheter de quoi nous couvrir.

Comfy, although no twin beds are available. Excellent view. Big breakfast buffet. Excellent shower. Clean.

Cons:

Needs some maintenance. The safe didn't work, some items were falling off the wall, no soap, even after requests and reminders.

Non benissimo
Pros:

Posizione che permette di raggiungere il centro in una ventina di minuti a piedi, idem la monorotaia. Vista dalla piscina bellissima soprattutto la sera con tutto illuminato. Letti comodi. Camere silenziose (eravamo al piano 21). Staff gentilissimo e ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in una stanza riservata al personale fino all'orario partenza per l'aeroporto.

Cons:

La struttura si presenta inizialmente molto bene ma poi... corridoi con moquette sporca, ciocchi di polvere negli angoli, poltrone in camera macchiate con insettini che ci camminano sopra, bagni incrostati, piscina con pezzi di rivestimento mancanti e cemento a vista per non parlare dello stato dei corridoi che portano agli spogliatoi... da un albergo decisamente non economico non mi aspetto questo. In altre strutture più modeste, abbiamo trovato un livello decisamente superiore spendendo esattente la metà. Preciso di aver prenotato due junior suite per 4 adulti e una bambina. Non ci hanno fatto trovare 3 asciugamani in camera ma solo 2. In una delle due camere non c'era il bollitore. Non viene dato il sapone per le mani e nemmeno il telo viso. I frigoriferi nelle camere non erano funzionanti.

I booked 2 rooms and both had issues, but the location is great.

Location is excellent. Infinity pool is cool. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms and both had issues. In the double one outlet near the bed didn't work. The water in the shower was either very cold or scalding hot. No inbetween. The refrigerator and TV didn't work. No hair dryer. In the single bed room tv and refrigerator did not work. One outlet didn't work near the bed. We asked for replacements and neither worked. The staff were mostly okay, but most of the front desk could show a little more happiness that you are there as a guest. For a 4* hotel I expected a little bit more, especially having traveled the world and staying at other similar tier hotels. I think I'd say Tamu is physically a 4* hotel, but needs a little work to get to what international travelers would feel like a 4*. 3.5/5 rating.
