The room was clean and tidy. It was very comfortable and cozy. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Maintannce not good. Lift terlalu lambat walaupun ade 4. Parking kereta tidak selesa. Towel muka pun tiada disediakan walaupun harga room 300++

Good but need to improve facility.
Pros:

Lift was big issue
Only one lift to go 20 floor
Some time half way thro went up again. Every time I have to wait 10 to 15 mins to go to room

A worthwhile alternative for your stay in KL. Strategic location with many restaurants nearby.
Pros:

Perfect location to go about in KL specifically near the Kampung Baru area and near Jalan Sultan Ismail.

Cons:

Toilet cleanliness could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

Saya masuk bilik tanpa tuala di sediakan..Sy call reception untuk minta tuala dan ambil masa 1 jam untuk sampai ke bilik..Tuala sampai dalam keadaan lembab dan bau ketiak bangla (pekerja yang hantar ke bilik)

Not worthy for what you paid
Pros:

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Good location and good view.

Cons:

Paying this price but no smart tv in the room, there were 4 elevators but only 2 were working and it caused disaster when you have to wait for the elevator for ages, the toilet bowl is old with yellow stain on it that you can’t wash off, no shower gel, room service was done but only fold your blanket but not refilling the bottles water.
The swimming pool is not maintained well, the area was dusty and old.

Pros:

Pemandangan dari bilik hotel. Kebersihan, senang nak cari gerai2 makan berdekatan. Dan yang paling penting, suara azan boleh didengar setiap kali masuk waktu solat. Saya juga meminta katil bayi. Dan pihak hotel sediakan untuk anak saya.
