I didn't stay in the room much as I only stayed for two nights. I was out most of the time.
Was provided an useful pamphlet at check-in.
Typical small room, no space under the bed for luggage to be stored, but overall neat. Looks like you can connect your laptop or console to the TV as there's a HDMI port but I didn't try.
Check-out was seamless, and having luggage stored until the end of check-out day was convenient. Was given a waterproof numbered token to prove it's your luggage upon retrieval, which was thankfully quick as I was in a hurry to catch the shinkansen.

This was further from the station than I expected but still an easy walk once you manage to get out of the station approach area. Helpful welcoming staff on reception, room was clean and good. Area has some restaurants and a combini on the next corner.

Train station location but quiet and great!!
Pros:

It was great. Very clean, the service is great and pleasant. Just 5min walk from the Nagoya train station including cross-walk time!!! That's huge! You literally see the trains from the hotel, but it's quiet and we felt it's a very safe place! The rooms are a bit small, but this is a Japanese style hotel, so that's just how they are. Not much room for big luggage..
