Mal sabor de boca

La ubicación.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos nos hicieron esperar como 10min en la recepción sin ni siquiera decir buenas tardes, les falta personal.
En la entrada al hotel tienen un baño que parece público lo tienen abierto y eso hace que todo el lugar huela mal.
La habitación estaba sucia, parades sucia, suelo sucio, ducha tapada se sale toda el agua por los costados, huele a humedad.
El desayuno incluido, nos dieron una carta de la que podías elegir una pasta, un bocadillo, una bebida caliente, una bebida fría, cuando pedimos un poco más de zumo (que es de carton) nos dijeron que teníamos que pagarlo, al despedirnos nos echaron la bronca por dejar la habitación a las 12:30hrs entendemos que nos habíamos atrasado 30 min en dejar la habitación, pero no cal decirnos que nos cobrarian un día más por ello, nos fuimos corriendo.

Some things were better than before, some things got worse...
Pros:

Now there is finally someone (a young guy) who speaks English. Personell/staff is friendly. Building and restaurant are more clean.

Cons:

The bed/mattress was quit hard.
The heating was an airco-fan wich makes noise, even at night. Also it was too hot and there was nothing to adjust it or to shut it down.
Door of staircase slams when closing, making a lot of noise in the evening or at night.

Habitaciones correcta aplicación, amplias, limpias y bien ubicado. Quizás algo anticuado

Cons:

El restaurante del hotel muy mal, no tanto por la comida, sino por la atención. Pedimos un plato de comida que mi hijo no se comió para llevar y la camarera lo tiro por error. Sin embargo a la hora de pagar la encargada ni se disculpó y encima nos dijo que esa no era problema suyo y sólo queria cobrar, muy desagradable.
