Raport preț-servicii.

Cons:

Am rezervat la Hotel Figen, mi s-au încasat banii cu câteva zile înaintea sosirii ,însă la recepție ni s-a spus că trebuie să mergem la "Figen apartments" ,care este la 100 metri de Hotel Figen.
Le-am spus că noi ( 3 familii ) avem confirmarea la Figen Hotel. Ne-au spus că la "Figen hotel" nu mai sunt locuri, și că dacă nu ne convine, putem anula...
În final,ne-am cazat la Figen apartments ...
Una am rezervat,alta am primit.

Stay here and you won’t regret it!
Pros:

Figen Hotel was something special. From the moment I arrived I felt very welcome. I had an amazing room/studio for 1 person, with my mini kitchen, balcony, TV, A/C and good shower. Breakfast was delicious and big, and luckily it starts at 7 a.m. Everything was perfect! Would highly recommend!

Cons:

Figen Hotel was closed for renovation even that its accepted reservations. After we walked around found Figen Suites on next street and we found out that reservation it’s there. We were disappointed and will never go back.

Pros:

Very helpful staff.Room was quiet. Tea was always available in the ground floor reception area and it was free.

Cons:

Hotel was quite a long walk from the centre. Also breakfast was plated up in advance so not much choice but it was all fresh.

Güzel kokan, temiz, düzenli bir odaydı. Konum olarak çok rahat erişilebilir değil ama mahalle arasında, sakin bir otel. Bu fiyata bu durum gayet makul diye düşünüyorum. Teşekkürler.

banyo çok kötüydü, duvarlarda birsürü leke ve pas vardı. tuvalet kağıdından bile kaçınmışlar. (çok kalitesizdi) çarşaflar çok eskiydi. kahvaltı çok vasattı. birkaçgünlük poğoçaları koymuşlar. belki yerim diye birçok şeyin tadına baktım, hiçbiri yenilecek gibi değildi???
sadece resepsiyondaki arkadaşların nezaketi iyiydi??
