Economico, confortevole.
Quite a horrible experience. Would have left if hadn't pre paid. Most particularly due to security concerns and because of the outrageous price for what was essentially a room in a hostel full of immigrant families. (Not their fault!) It was decribed on hotels.com in grandiose terms which it did not live up to. No staff spoke english (fairly unusual if you run a hotel in a major city)and seemed bemused someone had booked a room. Or about whether it had been paid for. The room was 3 floors up from the "reception". Which closed very early . It felt very insecure as anyone it seemed could push the ground floor street door buzzer and get access to the floor where the "hotel" was. The furniture was old and not in the "neoclassical" style of the property description. More like a junk shop. Too much of it and laid out in an impractical way so 2 people navigating round the room had difficulty.TV was microscopic. No sign of or info about breakfast. No promised water or minibar (haha fat chance!) Bathroom was the best element as it was clean. However so narrow all movement around it was sideways on. Location good for porta nova station but then again so are other nicer hotels. You would have to be desperate to stay here. It was worth about 40 euros as a 1 night option. I blame my booking on hotels.com for providing very inaccurate information & pictures. Which fools you into thinking it is some sort of luxury option . I dont mind budget hotels but I do mind a rip off.
Ottima posizione dell'Hotel. Esperienza positiva.
