Центральная система кондиционирования: в номере было очень холодно, хоть и просила увеличить температуру в номере, но во вторую ночь она составила всего 18 градусов. Очень тяжело открывается дверь на балкон.

Отель испортился, можно больше не ездить!Плохо абсолютно всё, начиная с номера и заканчивая спа. В номере толком не работает кондиционер. Чтобы поменять температуру или выключить его, нужно обращаться на ресепшен. Но дозвониться из номера невозможно — телефон никто не берет! Ванна не работает совсем. Полотенца — это кошмар, их как будто просто разрезали пополам. Когда попросили надеть пододеяльник, нам заявили, что одеяло одноразовое… Правда, на следующий день пододеяльник всё-таки нашли и надели. Полный бардак и отсутствие сервиса.

Room Quality: Highly modern, luxurious, exceptionally clean, and featured excellent lighting.

​Bathroom: Beautiful, elegant, and very high-end shower area.

Cons:

Accessibility: No elevator access to the top floor. Climbing the stairs with my family and a baby was exhausting, and this was not disclosed prior to check-in.

​Service: Staff interaction was below expectations. Repeated requests for an ironing board were completely ignored.

​Inaccurate/Flawed Amenities: The advertised espresso machine was missing, and the mini-fridge was extremely small and barely cooled anything.

​Facilities & Dining: No lounge or common relaxation area, limited breakfast selection, and a disappointing balcony view.

​Family Suitability: The hotel is definitely not child-friendly.

An outstanding hotel! Excellent service, impeccable cleanliness, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. A special thank you to the entire staff for their kindness, attention, and professionalism, and especially to Farid Salmanov and Adil for making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt like welcomed and valued guests. We left with only the warmest memories and would definitely love to return!

Should be classified 3 or 4 stars but definitely not 5 stars hotel

Arrived late in the evening. Key card for door not working. At te reception they couldn't fixe it so several hours without key. Needed to go back to the reception to take up a new key even if they promised to bring it.
Not possible to control the air-condition from the room. You need to call the reception.
No phone number to call the reception in the room so you need to go to the reception to ask for their number.
Very noisy room located close to the road and the terrace of the bar.
No electrical plug in the bathroom to charge shaver or toothbrush.
No Iron in the room. When you ask to reception the bring just the Iron not the table.
Small area for breakfast super noisy( chairs on the floor) with small choice of food. Need to do a slalom between bar and table to get served.
Payment terminal not working at the reception so you need to " come back later "
Asked for massage at the SPA...answer " today we dont do massage "
No menu in the room for roomservice. When you call the recthe say " look for the Qr code its sometimes under the television, sometimes on the mirror and sometimes there are not....in my room no QR code so they brought a paper menu and couldn't find the QR code in my Room.
For the price rooms, breakfast and services are definitely not correct.
