Posizione ottima, qualità e servizi migliorabili

La vicinanza alla spiaggia

Cons:

1. Pulizia inesistente, sia negli spazi comuni, che nelle camere (molta polvere)
2. La ventola in bagno non andava, quindi non c’era nessun tipo di ricircolo d’aria
3. Asciugamani macchiati (anche dopo averli cambiati) e bucati. Molto probabilmente solo vecchi, ma andrebbero sostituiti
4. Totale insonorizzazione tra camera e camera
5. Le piastrelle del soffitto si muovevano con il vento, causando molto rumore nella stanza
6. Rapporto qualità prezzo ingiustificato
7. Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 in una camera che purtroppo non era assolutamente adatta per tenere così tante persone. Ci si muoveva a malapena

Abbiamo contattato l’hotel comunicando che saremmo arrivati tardi per il checkout, ci è stato dato un codice per entrare nella struttura.
Peccato che il codice era sbagliato e quindi siamo rimasti chiusi fuori! Per fortuna, dopo quasi 40 minuti di tentativi di contattare la struttura, un altro ospite è uscito e siamo riusciti ad entrare.
La mattina dopo abbiamo esposto le nostre lamentele allo staff che ha ammesso l’errore senza cercare di rimediare e senza un minimo di empatia nei nostri confronti per il disagio creatoci

Une parenthèse vraiment chouette à proximité de la plage et du très joli village des saintes.
Pros:

La proximité immédiate de la plage ,la simplicité d'accès.

Cons:

Alors les lits jumeaux pas attachés et qui ont assez vite des "velleités d'indépendance" ce n'est pas agréable en couple...
Il faudrait au minimum trouver le moyen qu'ils restent ensemble...
L'hotel est en face de la plage et donc cela suppose des maillots à faire sécher et aussi des draps de plage.. Une ou deux barres fixées près de la porte seraient bien venues pour ça.. Investissement simple mais utile.

Un joli pied à terre pour découvrir les joies des Saintes Maries. Ma chambre n’était pas cosy et trop petite pour un séj

Un emplacement exceptionnel. Proche de tout et un personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

La literie et les oreillers étaient durs et peu confortables. La chambre de deux personnes est trop petite pour deux personnes. Il n’y a pas assez d’espace pour réellement profiter de la chambre. Serviettes rêches, peu agréables à utiliser.
