Had a lovely stay, would stay again and highly recommend to others
Pros:

Lovely hotel in great location. Room was lovely and clean with great facilities. Breakfast was lovely. Would be happy to stay again and highly recommend.

Not sure I would stay again, price reasonable but hotel needs a bit of work.

Room was airy, comfortable bed, reasonable shower

Cons:

Loo seat broken, only one socket in the double electrical socket worked. Hairdryer overheated if used on high speed. Nice options on the continental breakfast but coffee was stewed and luke warm, pastries stale.

Tired…. needs a refurb but staff nice.

The pub downstairs was good as was the breakfast and staff were ok too.

Cons:

The rooms were tired and in need of a revamp. The shower was faulty and beds uncomfortable and the family room 2nd room are 2’6” (small single) so I had to ouch together as we did request it to be made up as a double. Floor boards squeaky and curtains didn’t close together without light coming in each end. The window rattled but we sorted that with a teabag being shoved in the gap! Only 5 tv channels non HD and lamps are broken and were odd lamps in each room. With a bit of love and attention it could be nice.

Gostei de ir embora do hotel.

Cons:

Tudo. A experiência começa no checkin - não havia ninguém para nos atender. Hotel sujo, parado no tempo. Não é um hotel que tem um bar, é um bar que possui quartos velhos e mal-cheirosos como os banheiros de um pub mal frequentado. Tivemos crise alergica ao entrar no hotel, mal podiamos respirar tamanho era o cheiro ruim e a quantidade de poeira no local. O banheiro não tinha exaustor. A janela não deixava o quarto escuro. Não possui ar-condicionado. Pessoas fumam e falam alto embaixo da janela até tarde da noite e não conta com isolamento acústico. Café da manhã servido por 90 minutos por dia, ridículo - você é obrigado a moldar seu dia em volta da estadia e não o contrario. Não nos sentimos bem vindos. Não possui estacionamento, nem escada. Você deve subir sua bagagem sozinho escada acima depois de parar na rua. Cama desconfortável, travesseiros finos e baixos.
