The shower had fell off the wall , the shower room had mould everywhere the room was dirty, tea stain's up the wall and you change me £140 a night this is unbelievable, never again will i stay there and neither will my friends.

Cooked breakfast options a bit on the heavy side. Maybe offer poached eggs on toast or something healthier/lighter as well.
