Pros:

Localização é ótima. Perto de vários bares e restaurantes.
Atendimento do staff também é muito boa.
Quarto amplo, camas boas.
Banheiro bom.

Cons:

Café da manhã deixa a desejar. Chegamos ao restaurante às 9h no domingo e não tinha ovos, frios, talheres e apenas uma opção de pão.
Precisam melhorar a logística de reposição. Tudo muito demorado.

Pela localização e acesso fácil para quem vem pela Rodovia Anhanguera, como foi o meu caso.
Pros:

Apartamento espaçoso e TV grande foi o extra pois teve jogo do Brasil na copa naquele dia, e café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Uma certa confusão para ligar o AC, pois há um botão na cabeceira e o CR, mas demorou para eu conseguir ligar.

Pros:

O que foi positivo: café da manha muito bom, bem apresentado, ovos, opções de pães e sucos, tudo limpo e organizado. Sobre o café da manha, não tenho nada a dizer, muito bom mesmo, sobretudo se comparar com a qualidade do hotel.

Os travesseiros eram bons e a roupa de cama estava ok. O café da manha é um ponto altíssimo.

Cons:

O quarto muito simples, sem conforto. Mas o mais importante, sem serviço de quarto, sem opções no frigobar (não tem nada no frigobar, fica desligado, vc liga se vc trouxer alguma coisa), sem ajudante para pegar ou levar a mala ao quarto ou no carro, sem manobrista. Eu precisei ir ao mercadinho para comprar alguma fruta ou salgado pois não queria pedir Ifood a noite.
Hotéis no interior são simples mas achei esse simples mesmo. As duas pessoas que estavam na Recepção, um no começo da noite qdo cheguei (uma moça) e outro no domingo cedo, qdo fui embora (um rapaz), não são grossos ou mal educados mas não se prontificam nem a lhe ajudar a pegar mala etc e acredito pq não tem mesmo outra pessoa a ficar na recepção...mas das duas vezes que precisei da recepção para uma possivel ajuda, achei muito pouco prestativos em ajudar a pegar as malas pequenas. Eu não pedi, mas esperava que eles se prontificassem mas entendi
O Estacionamento é no quarteirão seguinte....quem tem mala pesada, e está sozinho (eu estava sozinha), precisa se virar ou fazer duas viagens de ida e volta ao carro e hotel.
Enfim, não tem atenção da recepção, nem ajuda com as malas, estacionamento no quarteirão seguinte, nenhuma estrutura para ajudar o hospede, sem conforto e beleza no quarto pois quarto muito velho, antigo, e feio.
Repito: Eu não fui mal tratada, mas da próxima vez, vou tentar checar um hotel mais novo, um pouco mais de conforto. Muito obrigada.

Good value in central Araras
Pros:

This is a very friendly hotel, with a central location in Araras. There is coffee and drinking water available at the lobby round the clock. The installations are not fancy, but adequate and very clean. The shower has a strong, refreshing flow. The breakfast is good and varied.

Cons:

The parking lot is off site (half a block away) and seems to be open and unguarded all the time.
