Everything about this hotel is super fake, from its rating on your site to the pictures.
I was there with my wife. The staff is extra pathetic and very unprofessional. The rooms were super dirty and full of cockroaches. We changed three rooms and still all the rooms were full of cockroaches and dirt. I even sensed illegal activities in the hotel like allowing couples without registrations and ids. The hotel manager tried to seek my wife's contact number when I was not present in front of them. I request you to grant my full refund at the earliest. Overall this hotel is full of shit and needs to be blacklisted as it's harming Booking.com's image.
I STRONGLY REQUEST YOU TO BLACKLIST THIS HOTEL.

Dirty bed sheets, pillows
TV not working,
No welcome kits like water bottle, soap, towel.
Room full of cockroaches.
Poor quality of Beds, mattresses.
Not sleeped whole night.

We didn't find the property at pagare chawk even locals doesn't know such hotel exists

When we visited at hotel, the manger ask us to pay full amount that is Rs1489, we paid the full amount online and manager has allotted us a room in which there is no electricity also when we complaint about it they change our room but again there is no ac working in that room after complaining about it they change our room again in which commode was broken tap was broken and there is multiple cockroaches on the dirty floor.They never clean the room not even bathrooms.They forced us to change multiple room till midnight and they also keep saying u can go outside. They didn’t provide drinking water nor Breakfast but we paid for that as mentioned on our voucher. Staff behaviour was very pathetic specially manager they don’t know about there own hotel. And when we try to complaint about the same they always say “hamre yaha ye nahi milta”.

No booking was there when I reached there reception no room accommodation given me also the behaviour Is very rude.

No reply satisfactory and not giving the reason for why not booked room allotment me

I have also show the message on receipt on mail to him but not giving me the room.

Very bad experience due to this I was too much bothered by searching other hotel and pay more than I was booked.

Kicthen available but breakfast triff shown online but hotel provide everything in chargeable, hotel not included the breakfast in online booking charges

Everything was just disappointing. The door lock to the room was also not secure. They seem to use handwash as a bathing shower gel. The towels were to be called for. Had to ask for a water bottle 3 times.
