Pros:

Staff is very Good.

Cons:

Unhygienic, old wornout furniture, stained sheets, like cheap lodge.

Photos and reality is completely different. Tiny Roaches spotted

No doubt it's cheap, good neighborhood. I don't mind old furniture, but atleast need neatness.

I didn't stay there, because I saw the room before check in, and I cancelled the booking instantly.
