The Bathroom is like some one vomited
Terrible property. Don’t book!
Expedia, please take this property from your recommendation list!
Dirty and smelly rooms, bathroom is disgusting and disfunctional. Leaky toilet. No hot water until requested. AC is switched off periodically by the staff. Sheets are stained. No towels provided.
There is no proper transportation service from this location. Have to walk to get a rickshaw.
I will not recommend it to anyone.

Very bad service.
Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend
I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel recently. From start to finish, everything was disappointing. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the management was completely unresponsive to any complaints or issues.
The cleanliness was awful – the room was dirty, with no effort made to maintain hygiene. No room amenities were provided, not even basic things like toiletries. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed throughout the stay.
One of the worst issues was the AC – they kept turning it off, and every time we called to ask, they gave the same excuse of a "power cut." It's very clear they do this intentionally to save electricity, and it happens often.
The room looked nothing like the pictures shown online – it was smaller, poorly maintained, and lacked even the most basic facilities. The overall condition of the hotel was very poor.
The only good thing about this hotel is that it's close to the Ghats, but that’s not enough to make up for such a miserable stay.
Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The air conditioning did not work, nor did the tv. The walls were dirty, it was noisy and the bathroom shower dripped quite badly…. Besides that …. It was was fine
The location is great.
I visited during Mahakumbh period, lot people around the Vishwanath temple, causing road closures and crowd. Otherwise it could have been a great experience
This property is close to Varanasi temple.
Near temple and Ganaga
Staff are very nice,
The charges where of 7* hotel but the hotel was very worst
Very disgusting hotel!! Really worst i have stayed in - no hot water - electricity shutdown multiple times at night - the hotel is situated in packed small alley where cabs and auto richshaw doesnt go - staff is not helpful - bed linen quality very bad - stains all over the room - no water bottles - no room service - no room cleaning - high room rate for such bad place - it should not be more than 1000 inr per night - still avoid at all costs
Toilet seat was broken, bed sheets had spots and towel were not in a good condition!
Location of the Hotel is excellent .Accessibility to all sights were very easy as a tourist .Food's quality were very good .Services of crew members were worth appreciating . I would like to suggest some more additional improvement I stayed in room no 403 : - 1) . mirror position need to be relocated at a convenient place for easiest access to the nearest of the mirror with a light on the wall . 2) Up dating of the room before handing over the room to the customer for stay .For example in room no 405 - Flash tank not functioning .In both room 403 and 405 commode showers water flow very slow and less ,needs cleaning of the filters. 3) Availability of chair and thermos flask in all rooms . This two items were not in room no 405 . 4) Supply of hot water must be made available from morning 5 AM onwards as most visitors are on pilgrimage tour and would like to visit temples after taking bath . I would request you to provide electric flask in every room as a positive improvement .and periodic maintenance must be done methodically . I thanks the management for the excellent support extended to customers .
A decent property for a short stay. And it’s close to all the temples and river
Staff service turnaround time is very slow, in fact I felt they completely ignored the request. At check in, room were missing towels, water bottle, AC was not working. Last day cable was not working because they didn't recharge, and even on request multiple times they didn't recharge at all !!!
Very convenient location but area is too noisy. Rooms are not clean as expected and it is dated.Front desk staff is not friendly.
Uber / car can't reach to property address as road does not allow non pedestrian traffic. You need to carry your own luggage till property. Bath tub was dirty like it was 100 years old. Outlet water of AC was into a bucket which we need to through out regularly into bathroom.First two floor of building are shops of saree and suit jewellery etc...makes it shady hotel. Smell of dry cement and and mud is everywhere in hotel. Rats are jumping into property here and there
If you open window you see an old demolished building right next to you. Before checking hotel sends message that you must pay now if you want to keep your booking which is a violation of payment at property rule. Two days after checkout hotel sends a tarrif bill way more than what you booked for which makes no sense. Expedia customer care says to ignore such messages
Property was in bad shape. Very dirty. Bathroom had all kind of problem. The property manager was asking deposit or advance money even though in Expedia web site the property was booked as pay in hotel when check in. The property manager was the most horrible person I had met ever. While traveling he keep asking about money. When we reached hotel there were no towels in bathroom. We were families of 2 groups 4 adults and 4 kids. travelled almost 12 hours, we were expecting clean toilets and at least some towels, but it was just opposite. Toilet was very dirty and smelled very bad. Hotel should give back money if they don’t deliver quality. I paid almost 11,000 INR for 1 night for two rooms and we were expecting quality rooms. Either they charge less if they don’t have facilities or at least mention these horrible situation in hotel rooms so family folks who has kids don’t book this horrible hotel Sahu.
