No cumple con mínimos estándares

Clean, comfortable room, but service lacking
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, but I had to ask for soap, shampoo and towels. I was not expecting that. Also, I got a call in the morning one day about breakfast. I was not expecting to be awakened by them asking if I wanted breakfast. This was a first for me, as it had never occurred in any other hotel I had stayed in. If I had wanted breakfast, I would have called for it. In addition, I went out one evening and got back around 11pm. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff was closing the door. If I had known that they were going to close the door at 11pm, I would have come back earlier. Unfortunately, they didn’t tell me that they were going to close the door at 11pm and there was no sign up in the lobby saying that the door would be closed at 11pm. Overall, it seemed like an average place, but in need of improvement in service.
