Booked a room for a friend, they tried to scam and tell us that we had asked them to cancel the booking, but they did not cancel the booking either on the app or sent a cancellation mail to us, nor did we and harrased us for more than 40 mins at the reception by creating a circus of who said who, and while they were at that they were trying to sell us the same room in a price that is more than what is being shown in the app. Could over hear how they were saying that they won't give the room in the price that was shown in the app and another manager on the phone was saying to not give us a room without charging extra. Very incompetent staff with baffling attitude issues. If this is how they wish to run their business then they are better off of such platforms. The food is good, the people running the place,not at all.
The staff was polite and helpful. The property is clean and has all basic amenities. The location is good, close to a market place, so things are easily accessible. The in hotel food is also tasty.
Some of the beddings were dirty, they could be cleaned better. Service also can get better.
The breakfast wasn't buffet as was written on the website. It was two slices of bread and 3 oily puris and watery sabzi. One boiled egg.

Overpriced
Cleanness of the hotel was perfect but one of the the main part was they have to focus their bed linens,,when i checkedin that time i found dirt linen they have used for making my bed,,full of black stain,lots of pen marked on the linen..so i want to request them please focus you maintain you hygiene standards,,,thank you
They need to focus about their bed linens make sure to change all the bed linens during bed making,,,i mean they need to focus hygiene standards
We were supposed to get room with attached balcony, but they gave us a room which had no balcony.

Pathetic hotel.... Everything starting from the cleanliness of rooms which was soiled and smelly like a bar. I stayed 3 nights, the breakfast was served without notice and had to eat in room. They didn't even bother to ask options ( as if they are feeding you free and not charging for it).
The receptionist was clueless guys, during checkout they didn't had card option- they were demanding cash or cheque ( never heard cheque demand)
Try to avoid this hotel....... Even if it the last hotel available in guwahati please dont book and save from stress
