Que cada día tienen precio distinto por la misma habitación, quería quedarme mas pero elevaron el precio tanto que me mudé por la misma cifra a un hotel 4 estrellas mas céntrico y mejor en todo.

Expected a good stay but at the nick of time we got to know that the booking has been cancelled

Upon calling after reaching the venue the front desk staff said that the booking has been cancelled. It was very chaotic and really stressful

I have booked a deluxe room but got a small sized side corner room, the bathroom lock was not working, the fan was not there, it was under the construction room.
