Primero Hotel

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda per chi, come noi, aveva a disposizione pochi giorni per visitare la città. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza matrimoniale che, seppur piccola, ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze, soprattutto in termini di pulizia. Ciò che però ha reso il nostro soggiorno al Primero Hotel particolarmente gradevole è stata la disponibilità del personale: tutti, dagli addetti alla reception, ai camerieri durante la colazione, alle addette alle pulizie si sono prodigati per rispondere in maniera cordiale ed efficiente ad ogni nostra esigenza ed hanno contribuito a far sentire accolta anche nostra figlia piccola, rivolgendole sempre sorrisi ed attenzioni. La colazione, seppur a prevalenza salata, presentava anche opzioni dolci permettendo di soddisfare un pò tutti i palati. Ottimo il servizio transfert dall'aeroporto di cui abbiamo usufruito.

Le personnel très gentil, accueillante,serviable ,propre, bon petit-déjeuner, près des transports en commun. Le personnel ma permis de rester plus que l'heure de sortie de ma chambre qui étais 12h. Sortie 14h. sans supplément. Je félicite tout le personnel de l'hotel.

El personal fue muy amable, nos hicieron una introducción de la ciudad cuando llegaba y nos ayudaron a planificar los días. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar.
La ubicación es muy buena, está a 10 minutos caminando de la mezquita azul, Santa Sofia, y Topkapi.

Sarkan is an exceptional manager who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have the best possible experience. He frequently checked in on us to make sure all of our needs were met. From pulling up a map and recommending nearby attractions, to offering us an umbrella before we headed out in the rain, and even surprising us with souvenirs at checkout, his hospitality was truly outstanding.

The rest of the staff were equally amazing and provided some of the best service we have experienced during any of our stays. A special thank you to the gentleman who helped us with our luggage and patiently answered all of our questions throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to ask for his name, but he assisted us during check-in and again at breakfast, and his kindness did not go unnoticed.

We would also like to recognize Furkan at the front desk, who welcomed us warmly, answered all of our questions, and regularly checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. He was excellent!

The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in the Fatih area. Highly recommended!

Personal atento y muy agradable. La ubicación es muy buena, se puede llegar a pie al centro histórico en sólo 10 minutos.
Los restaurantes de alrededor están abiertos hasta más tarde que los del centro y tienen buena relación calidad precio.

Poziționare foarte bună, 10 minute până la Hagia Sofia sau Marele Bazar. Personalul foarte amabil si camere foarte frumoase, raport calitate preț foarte bun.

Très bien, personnelle très serviable, au petit soin, petit déjeuner correct, emplacement au cœur de la ville ,très satisfaite de mon séjour.

The staff are amazing especially Furkan, who went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. The location is excellent, close to Grand Bazaar and with lots of restaurants close by.
