Average stay, but lovely staff.
Pros:

I liked the yam and fish sauce (although the sauce was quite small compared to the yams slices provided). Air con was great. The staff were polite and friendly, but it seemed like teams didn't communicate with each very well on a few occasions i.e. kitchen team not always following receptionist instructions.

Cons:

For someone that doesn't eat egg, your options were not always great. There was only two options per day and one of the days i couldn't any of the two breakfasts. Not always communicated when the breakfast was ready. When you request a time it wasn't ready by then. Sometimes the food was cold or hard to eat. I always had to request for towels and tissue, after the room had been cleaned. The tv quality was not great and the apps on the tv did not work. The room seemed to not have been fleeted so there were mosquitos I had to kill. There were issues with the shower: temp of water was an issue and the first 5 minutes were discoloured/choppy when the water would come out.

IF IT IS JUST TO PASS THE NIGHT, THE HOTEL IS JUST GOOD ENOUGH

THE LOCATION WAS OK

Cons:

NO SUFFICIENT/TIGHT PARKING SPACE. COULDN'T PROVIDE SUFFICIENT TOWEL AND OTHER BATHROOM USABLES. THE RESTAURANT IS ISOLATED FROM THE HOSTESS AND NO MEANS OF COMMUNICATION EXCEPT YOU GET UP TO CALL THEIR ATTENTION!!

The purpose of staying it not totally defeated

Cons:

The staff activities before day break create some noise and also towel not changed for 2 nights.also the TV doesn’t have internet and was flickering all through that it’s even better to off the TV than on it due to the flicker

Surtout pour le prix c est vraiment l arnaque.

Cons:

Nous étions dans l annexe chambre salle , pas de wifi . Pour la restauration le seul endroit proposé était une pièce sans fenêtre de 3 mètres carré en guise de restaurant.
