Hotel con mucho potencial. Pero mar administrado.

La seguridad del hotel muy buena, buenas habitaciones, buenos espacio, la piscina muy linda

Cons:

Nose porque hay que pagar por el refrigerador para poder utilizarlo.
El checking no tiene flexibilidad y el personal es muy mecánico y poco cortez. Además el personal de limpieza se limita a ir a limpiar o cambiar las toallas cuando deben de hacerlo por día. Nose porque esta prohibido subir alimentos a las habitaciones

Cons:

Voor de prijs is Hotel Innfiniti echt een teleurstelling. Het hotel is slecht onderhouden: lekkages in de gangen, losse plinten op de kamer, scheuren in de vloeren en zelfs een dode muis op het dakterras. In het zwembad steken ijzeren onderdelen uit, waar ik mijn voet aan heb bezeerd.

De kamer was ook niet goed. De bodem van de douche zakte door, waardoor ik voor de zekerheid op de rand van de douche ben gaan staan. De douche had bovendien geen deur.

Wifi werkte alleen bij de receptie of op het dak en niet in de kamer.

Not a pleasant experience especially the fact the guess are not allowed to eat nor drink in their rooms.

Staff were warm and welcoming. The view from the pool was amazing.

Cons:

This hotel was horrible first of all there’s no eating allowed in the rooms this was not listed on the website nor on booking.com. How can you tell a guess that there’s no eating nor drinking allowed in the rooms and if we do there’s a 100usd fine for cleaning. The rooms smelled musky and old and there were dirt and mold on the wall especially in the corners. The hall ways are horrible and hard to breath properly the carpets are always dirty. Breakfast options are very limited you only get 3 options to choose only 1, this was not buffet style. There’s no WiFi in the rooms, only have WiFi in the lobby area. The pool didn’t have any sign to show how deep the pool was.

Muy buena ubicación del hotel, céntrico a todo

Cons:

La atención de la recepción incompleta y de mala manera, La habitación el aire no se sentía, La ducha no tenia puerta Todo el piso se mojaba Hab. 606, no nos entregaron control para la Tv, Wifi lento y menú del restaurante reducido y cierra muy temprano el restaurante nisiquiera pudimos cenar en el hotel.

Price was low. No towels - call desk. Dirty sheets. Less than ideal for me.
Cons:

No wifi in room, only lobby. No towels - had to request. Shower glass missing so had to manage/avoid getting water on the floor. Bed linen not changed. Had hair from prior guests. (long and short hair)
