Very disappointed
Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

This was one of the worst experiences ever. The customer service was extremely poor, and the overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. The rooms were filthy and had a foul smell. The bedsheets were stained, the towels were dirty, the television was not working, and the carpets were wet. To make matters worse, guests were not even allowed to have dinner in their rooms.

The level of cleanliness and service was completely unacceptable and far below reasonable expectations. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Management needs to take these concerns seriously and make immediate improvements to both the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of customer service.

Cons:

1. Una de las razones por la cual reservé aquí, fue por el acceso a un gimnasio, sin embargo al llegar estaba "en mantenimiento". Eso deben hacerlo saber, deben actualizar sus servicios en la app.
2. Las almohadas estaban deformes, fundas visiblemente viejas y encontré cabellos en ellas.
3. No hay nadie que te ayude con las maletas o que te ofrezca dejarlas en el lobby antes de ir al estacionamiento. El estacionamiento está superior al lobby y no hay ascensor sino que debes bajar varios escalones, que además, están defectuosas.
4. No hay servicio de habilitación, si te quedas 3 días, son 3 días con las mismas toallas... Nisiquiera lo ofrecen como un servicio extra.
