É um hotel limpo e confortável, com boas acomodações e serviços e espaço suficiente para uma estadia curta. Tempo de traslado do aeroporto ao hotel é curtíssimo, sendo uma ótima opção para os horários de voo ingratos de Manaus.

Fui muito bem recebida pelo funcionário Victor, ele foi excelente, informativo e educado. O café da manhã foi ótimo e o quarto bastante espaçoso e confortável. Sempre havia taxistas esperando e os valores cobrados eram muito justos.

Cons:

Quando eu adicionei mais uma diária, os funcionários pareceram ter dificuldade de entender como isso funciona. A funcionária Aline esqueceu que eu tinha adicionado a diária e me acordou no quarto, não foi muito educada, e não pediu desculpas. Depois minha chave parou de funcionar porque eles não haviam feito meu check in no quarto pra nova diária.
