Incredible service from the hotel's front desk manager (who speaks great English)! She went above and beyond to accommodate our every request. I've never received such good service before (and I've been to some fancy hotels). I truly appreciate it.
The hotel itself is a great mid-range hotel, great value for money.
Mattress was comfortable (not hard like a lot of places in Asia), the A/C worked well and the room was clean and well-designed.
WiFi was okay, but for zoom calls I recommend using your phone hotspot.
The breakfast is good and the pool is lovely.
I definitely recommend it!
The only downside is that some rooms don't have doors to the toilets (just curtains), which we found slightly embarrassing - but frankly we got used to it.
Breakfast closes early (at 09:30).

This was a return visit, and proved to be just as we remembered, welcoming, comfortable and staff couldn't do enough for you.

Chambre & Confort : Les chambres sont spacieuses, calmes, très bien isolées et dotées d'un balcon. La literie est de qualité, garantissant un bon repos. On apprécie les deux bouteilles d'eau offertes chaque jour.
Services : Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité. La piscine est très agréable pour se détendre après une journée de visite.
Personnel : Très aimable et d'une grande gentillesse.
Le plus : L'hôtel propose la location gratuite de vélos, ce qui est idéal pour explorer les paysages et les rizières environnantes en toute liberté.
Organisation et maintenance : Sur trois jours complets, le ménage n'a jamais été effectué spontanément (justifié par un manque de personnel car l'hôtel était complet). En parallèle, la serrure de la chambre a fait défaut à deux reprises. Si le personnel est intervenu à chaque fois pour corriger la situation, il est pénible de devoir systématiquement solliciter l'accueil pour obtenir le strict minimum ou l'accès à sa chambre.
Service client : Face à ces désagréments répétés, l'accueil s'est contenté d'un sourire poli et d'un "enjoy your stay", sans réelle empathie ni geste commercial pour la gêne occasionnée.
Intimité : L’absence de porte pour les toilettes de la chambre, remplacée par un simple rideau, est assez dérangeante pour l'intimité.
Salle de sport : Le matériel est d'un autre âge et assez limité (un banc, une Smith machine et une poulie très anciens, quelques plaques et des haltères de 7,5kg uniquement). L'expérience y est peu agréable à cause de la chaleur étouffante ; il n'y a pas de climatisation, seulement un ventilateur qui est loin de suffire pour s'entraîner.
Goede en ruime kamer en badkamer met balkon. De kamer is schoon. Mooi uitzicht op het zwembad. Een uitgebreid ontbijt met keuze uit veel gerechten.

Chambre très belle avec une super piscine
L Hotel a beaucoup de charme et est très bien situé. Les chambres avec balcon sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet. Il nous a été permis de laisser nos bagages sous la surveillance du personnel avant notre départ ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la vieille ville qui est très belle et très attachante avec son marché à ne pas rater.
L Hotel nous a loué des scooters mais franchement il est préférable de les louer à proximité de l'hôtel car la location était chère et surtout les scooters étaient quasiment à sec et pas en très bon état.

J’ai tout aimé nous avons eu un problème sur le site qui a fait que nous avons dû faire une nuit en moins que ce qui était réservé mais le personnel a était au soin avec nous ils nous ont surclassé , nous on laisse profiter de la piscine l’après midi qui suivais notre départ , le déjeuner est super , le personnel est au soin !!!
Franchement je recommande le rapport qualité prix est top et l’emplacement également !
