Nice stay
Pros:

Clean, and very fancy hotel. Towels were changed every day. Staff very kind. Good WiFi.

Cons:

The staff came into our room without knocking while we were there twice (they apologised)
We heard people talking in the corridor very loud
The breakfast is not amazing, it’s good enough

The gym is old and no AC

Great staff and Location
Pros:

Great location to Hoi An town. Excellent staff very friendly and always a smile. Good sized room.

Cons:

Catered for large groups, so very noisy at breakfast time over 50 people descend on the buffet so some items not replenished quick enough. Large queue for egg station so overwhelmed the single member of staff.
Food average because of the quantity required to meet demand.
Pool- adequate during the downtime when groups away but on their return it’s chaotic as circulation around pool limited.
Room - very large room ,Found it difficult to manage the A/C unit constant high flow of cold air.
Hotel caters for groups so constant turnover always appears busy

Great hotel
Pros:

We enjoyed our two night stay here - upgraded to a family room even though it was only my husband and I travelling.

It is located conveniently to amenities including cheap express laundry, mini mart and eateries but still walking distance to the old town.

Complimentary bikes are also available to ride to the beaches located about 3km - 4km away or into ancient town (about 2kms)

The staff were extremely helpful on arrival with local information and throughout our stay.

The pool area is fabulous (pool temperature is not freezing) and we enjoyed our afternoons here with drinks and chatting to other guests.

Breakfast includes was a variety of cereal, fruit and hot foods including fresh Pho and pancakes and eggs

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Rooms were large, spacious and clean, the pool was clean and great for the kids, and location very close to hoi an ancient town. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast had limited options, and not much variety of foods to choose from

Couple français 30-35 ans:

Nous cherchions un endroit où rester 1 semaine. Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits et après avoir jugé que l'hôtel était irréprochable nous avons repris 5 nuits de plus.

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse.
Propreté 10/10 - Housekeeping 10/10 - Personnels d'accueil 10/10 - Etat général de l'hôtel: Neuf, moderne et propre

Possibilité de commander de la chambre de la nourriture et des boissons directement proposé par l'hôtel avec livraison directement dans la chambre.

Lorsque nous sommes parties tôt le matin, l'hôtel nous a commandé une voiture pour l'aéroport de Da Nang et ils nous ont même préparé un Petit déjeuner dans un sac pour notre départ tôt le matin.

Je recommande cette hotel pour toute personne cherchant un endroit de réel qualité.

Cons:

Pas de possibilité de louer des scooters directement sur place, mais l'hôtel propose des vélos. Nous avons trouvé facilement une compagnie qui nous a livré les scooters devant l'hôtel.

Pour les personnes souhaitant utiliser la TV peut-être qu'un manuel en anglais serait un plus.

The day was just fantastic with awesomeness at the property
Pros:

Hospitality of Ms Phueng (maybe spelling wrong). She had checked me in, and throughout the stay her pleasant personality made the day better.

Cons:

Bicycles require maintenance. There should be more vegetarian options and area segregated to prevent mixing of meat and vegetarian flairs. Fish sauce, eggs, oyster sauce etc derived from killing animals do not form a vegetarian food.

A good base to explore Hoi An but be away from the cowds.
Pros:

-Happy the location was out of the main town, Hoi An is VERY busy with tourists so we were so grateful to be away from the crowds. It is possible to walk into town in the evenings which we did a couple of times when it wasn’t too hot.
-Staff were really friendly 10/10.
-Omelette station at breakfast and good selection of fruit.

Cons:

-No soundproofing at all, which meant we could even hear next door flicking the light switch.
- Lots of doors banging at all hours.
- If you’re a light sleeper I would skip this hotel, otherwise everything else is good.
