Great location, lovely staff, great value for money.
Pros:

Great location away from the busy tourist ‘old centre.’ Local markets with far better quality fruit and vegetables and prices close by. Pool was fantastic and building and rooms well maintained. Staff very helpful and sharing the better traditional local shops and restaurants. Free bicycles for use the whole stay.

Cons:

We booked a family 2 bedroom suite, but they are actually two separate rooms with their own small hallway. The bedroom with two beds is larger and also has a larger bathroom with separate shower and bath. The parents room has a large king size bed, but far smaller bathroom with a shower over the bath. Not easy accessible as such. Would recommend booking two separate rooms as they do have larger bathrooms. The gym will need an upgrade.

Good hotel in a quiet location with the old town a 30 minute walk away
Pros:

Friendly staff, large spotlessly clean room and a reasonable walk into town.

Cons:

Building work nearby made it unpleasant sitting on the balcony / by the pool but this was the same everywhere in Vietnam - the country is just a giant building site.

Pros:

The staff were so lovely and amazing. It was a quiet hotel and I had a great sleep. My room was really cute, light and airy and had everything you needed. I wish I had stayed longer here!

Cons:

It was a 30min walk from the main area/river but you could easily get a grab and it was a straight walk.

Bliskość do starego miasta, zadbana roślinność , bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa

Cons:

Goście z Korei i Chin którzy nie szanują innych i w częściach wspólnych korytarze , restauracja , zachowują się jak by byli sami, głośno!!! Ale taki mają sposób wyrażania emocji ?!? Hotel nie ma na to wpływu .

Amazing!
Pros:

The hotel was lovely! The rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and recently renovated! The breakfast had everything one may need and the staff was friendly.
What we loved about the property was the owner/manager who is a lovely lady that makes sure to treat guests exquisitely! She truly should be teaching management courses at university level, thats how great she is! Overall a great hotel, highly recommend! The location was good too!

A great stay away from Old Town
Pros:

The rooms were lovely and spacious. And very clean. Well kept gardens and environment. Being able to borrow bikes and ride through the rice paddies was a highlight. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast had variety. Room service was useful when our children were unwell.

Cons:

The beds could have been more comfortable. Gym could do with updating.
