Lovely stay in beautiful Hoi An.
Pros:

The Rosemary Boutique Hotel is a lovely small hotel with old world charm and French influences.
It’s away from the business of the Old Town but is walkable or an easy ride with a Grab taxi.
Special mention to Mai who was so cheerful and happy to help. Her recommendation of Be Be tailors resulted in some beautiful custom made clothes.

Cons:

We did have trouble with our room key having to be reset several times.

Really lovely stay
Pros:

Location, attentive staff, comfortable bed and pillows, great selection at breakfast buffet

Cons:

Smokers 😔 designated smoking area would be ideal so tourists like me with respiratory issues are not impacted.

Fijne accommodatie om alles in de buurt van Hoi an te ontdekken.
Pros:

Fijne locatie, ruime, schone kamers, uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Ligging is fijn. Vriendelijk personeel!! Vlakbij de drukte van old town.

Cons:

De uitrusting van de gym is erg beperkt.

Lovely, comfortable stay.
Pros:

The property was very pretty and well presented. The breakfast buffet each day was delicious. It was a short Grab drive away from the heart of the old town.

Would recommend to others if they’re happy to catch a Grab into the heart of the old town.

Cons:

It’s very hot this time of the year and unfortunately the pool was also affected by this and too hot to be refreshing.

We enjoyed our stay and would book again. Special thanks to Phuong.
Pros:

We appreciated how clean and comfortable the hotel was. The a/c was very cold and made for really comfortable rooms. The staff were kind and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. Phuong was very helpful and kind and checked in on us often to make sure our stay was going well. She gave us some good food recommendations that we asked for as well.

Cons:

Everything was really great. One suggestion would be to lower the temperature of the pool slightly. It’s so hot and the pool felt very hot as well.

Great hotel, lovely rooms and pool area and the staff were excellent, particularly Manageress Phuong was super

Nothing really! Just to note it isn’t within the old town but the walk is about 30mins and very scenic along the river

I was hard to find staff to order drinks and snacks around the pool. Enabling when you went into the restaurant, there was no one there.
Rooms need a power upgrade with some USB ports.
