I only stayed one night , but would stay again and would recommend Melbourne View to others.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Freshly cooked to order. Plenty of coffee available, self served filter.
Spotlessly clean bathroom.i only stayed one night

One up all up..
Pros:

Very close to Donnington Park race track.

Cons:

Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the opposite rooms. Conversations, kettle.boiling, and shower/toilet.

Noise from planes overhead during the night.

Good stay, close to our target location.
Pros:

Well located, close to donington park circuit - 2 min drive.
Great breakfast, extra charge but well worth it.
Would visit again, but in annex only.

Cons:

I had room 5, walls a bit thin, heard all conversations and tv in room 6 and showering in room 4.
Close to airport, so expect flight noise.

perfect for us
Pros:

lovely room. Excellent hot breakfast. Beautiful clean room and comfortable. Enjoyed hearing aircraft overhead but did not disturb our sleep at all.

Cons:

The hash browns at breakfast could have been hotter -= small detail but just a thought for 5* rating!
