They charged additional for a 3 year old? Gouging! Not cool!

Lovely property in a lovely historic city center. Food was excellent, service was great. They assisted us in hiring a driver for a day to take us to a winery and some area sites. (Alessandro) Highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful, the scenery is amazing and the place offers a serenity that brings immediate peace and tranquillity. The only reason that I’m giving 4 stars is that the restaurant has some serious staffing issues. There are no vegetarian dishes on the menu, you need to let them know in advance so that they can prepare something, and don’t let the waiter convince you that you are half board because that can cause issues. The staff in reception are brilliant though, friendly and helpful. They helped turn a negative experience into a positive one. We would go back to this hotel, but maybe eat elsewhere.

Wir haben ein Upgrade auf 2 Suiten im 3. Stock des Nebengebäuden bekommen, die waren sehr großzügig, sehr schön ausgestattet und mit einem tollen Blick ins Tal. Auch der Wellnessbereich, insbesondere die Außenflächen war sehr schön wie auch die Schloß-Räumlichkeiten. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig und das Abendessen war gut.

Der einzige Minuspunkt war der chaotische Service beim Abendessen. Da wurden Dinge vergessen, trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nur nach großer Verzögerung gebracht, die MA waren nicht aufeinander abgestimmt, die Abrechnung war falsch.

Vi havde reserveret en suite på hotellet, og forventede derfor, naturligvis, også en høj service ved ankomsten. Men netop ankomsten var en skuffelse: Ingen hjælp til bagage - end ikke henvisningen til i det mindste en bagagevogn.
Det var så også det eneste negative, vi oplevede på dette hotel.
Vi var der i 4 dage, og holdt mere og mere af stedet, efterhånden som dagene gik.
Udsigten er eventyrlig smuk, Dellago familien gør sig virkelig umage for at man skal føle sig velkommen.
Personalet i eksempelvis restauranten er, som på alle andre hoteller denne sommer, noget utrænede - men her oplevede vi det som værende ret charmerende. Holdningen var den rigtige, men rutinen manglede.
Maden er rigtig god, husets egen-producerede vine gode, men herudover er der et omfattende vinkort med vine fra øverste hylde - til fornuftige priser.
Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage!

Underbart ställe med historia i väggarna och fantastisk utsikt. Många och långa trappor till de översta rummen, bör vara medveten om det om man har svårt att gå.

Loved this place. The views over Bolzano and the Alps are amazing. The hotel is cantered around an old castle and the atmosphere is incredible.
The service is also excellent. And they have an amazing restaurant where the food is from fresh local ingredients and tasted delicious.
Wonderful amenities with pool and sauna and loads of places to chill and take in the views.
Very romantic.

Amazing location with great view. Very tasty cousine and wines produced from the surrounding wineyard.

Owners obviously take pride in the property and the service they provide. The meals were delicious and lots of small touches really set this place a step above.
