Pros:

部屋もきれいで畳も新しかったです。トイレも少し広めに作ってあったり窮屈さは感じませんでした。お風呂も気持ちよかったです。ご飯も美味しくて、お替りもすぐに持ってきてくれるし、働いている方がキビキビと動いていて大変気持ちがよかったです。ありがとうございました。

Pros:

車で行ければスタッフの皆様やご飯もパーフェクトでした。土日祝日は、バスの運転手不足で、4時くらいにホテルに戻る必要があるかなと思います。

Pros:

酒店就在巴士站附近一分鐘路程，十分方便。
步行2-3分鐘就有便利店，餐廳和雪具租用店。郵局也在附近。
酒店前臺工作人員英文很好，很有禮貌，酒店也有雪具租借，也比外面的店便宜。一泊兩食也非常豐富。溫泉設施非常整潔。
酒店鄰近兩個滑雪場，分別走3分鐘和5分鐘即可滑到滑道中。

館内全て清潔で、気持ちが良かった。大浴場の施設や、フロント付近のスペース、書籍が置いてある喫茶コーナーのセンスがよく、くつろげる。チェックアウト後も、浴室を使わせてくださり、嬉しかった。スタッフの方々もみな親切で、心地よい滞在となった。

The hotel is cosy and warm. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The hotel is very clean in every part of the hotel. The western rooms are quite large with seating area and a bathtub. The private Onsen are free. There is a coffee machine in the Lobby for a good cup of coffee for a small fee. The snowboard hire gear in the hotel I would not recommend as it is a little old and short of variety. The ski gear storage room is large and doubles as a drying room with lockers. The breakfast and dinner is very Japanese and of good quality but no western option is offered.

団体のお客さんがおらず静かで落ち着いたお宿でした。スキーロッカーなども申し分なく、温泉もとても気持ちの良いものでした。また利用したいです。
連泊でしたが、二泊目の浴衣とバスタオルの交換もとても良いサービスでした。

Staying at Hotel Shirakabaso was a highlight of our trip to Japan - outstanding hospitality with lots of thoughtful touches from caring staff. Much effort and attention went into the delicious meals.
