Fantastico per posizione, colazione e camera
Pros:

Posizione ottima e ben collegata dalla stazione del treno, in pratica la fermata della linea 1/4 è a 50 m dall'hotel. Personale iperdisponbile, camera pulita e letto veramente comodo. Colazione a buffet molto varia per tutti i gusti: dalle uova ai cornetti, passando per cereali, succhi e chi più ne ha più ne metta. Sicuramente consigliato.

Camera che non può essere venduta se non dopo trasparenti indicazioni e ad un prezzo ribassato

Cons:

Camera con spazi ridottissimi, con una finestrella alta, senza una sedia, letto sformato, colazione scarsa, raggiungibile salendo una ulteriore scala stretta. Camera accanto sgabuzzino delle signore delle pulizie che iniziano a lavorare verso le 7:30 e fanno ovviamente rumore.
Ovviamente, appena sono arrivato ho fatto presente che la camera era del tutto inadeguata per il soggiorno e mi è stato risposto che non avevano più disponibilità. La cosa assurda è che la mia prenotazione è del 9 settembre!
Altri ospiti hanno prenotato successivamente e hanno avuto camere normali. Questa è stata una esperienza da dimenticare.

Pros:

Ho prenotato una camera francese, carina e con tutto quello che serve per passare una notte. Ottima la posizione, non troppo centrale, ma facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi dal centro della città.

Cons:

La colazione, troppo spartana. Caffè e bevande calde erogate da una macchinetta di bassa qualità, così come le brioche e i succhi di frutta.

Un breve ma ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

Struttura molto disponibile. Ho avuto problemi con il fast check perché il totem non leggeva la carta e lo staff è stato subito disponibile ad aiutarmi. Camera confortevole e bagno dotato di tutte le necessità.

Cons:

Il materasso è sottile e si sente la rete sotto, ma tutto sommato tollerabile

Pros:

Mario, the person in site, is exceptionally kind and gracious as well as efficient.
Very centrally located just steps from Il Giardino, an outstanding and very well priced restaurant.
Also close to shops and grocery stores and markets and coffee bars and cheap excellent quality pizza places.
Very clean and modern. Strong WiFi
Would not work for someone with mobility issues; it’s on the third or fourth floor and no elevator.
While they don’t have parking, they will register your car for a visitor permit so you can park in the street for €3 for 24 hours starting at 10:am.
Mario is not there 24 hours so when you get your confirmation, be sure to record the computer code to access the facility and your room. Their phone numbers are posted and someone will always answer or get back to you promptly.
Breakfast is decent; they have fresh pastries delivered every morning as well as yogurt and boiled eggs and of course coffee and tea.
