Excellent Location with great facilities
Pros:

Location was great and awesome that parking was included in the booking. The room was overall clean minus 1 or 2 bits. All the facilities worked and were clean.

Cons:

The booking listing was a little confusing but all sorted when we arrived. Our room was right next to the main entrance and guests would slam it shut.

Disappointing and overpriced.
Pros:

General location is really good - but being at the back of the building in a converted garage wasn’t great at all.

Cons:

Rear of the building. Converted garage. No views. Little natural light.

Excellent location with great facilities will comeback again.
Pros:

Overlooking the Hoe so very close to restaurants. Living room was amazing as were the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen facilities.

Cons:

People kept ringing our bell for access to other parts of the property. Some of the bedrooms were a bit dusty and the cold tap did not work in one of the en-suite sinks. The very large sofa gave off quite a few feathers which affected my husband. However these were minor inconveniences in a very beautiful property.

Elegant & comfortable apartment with dramatic sea & harbour views
Pros:

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The 2nd bedroom is bigger than it looks in the photos. We absolutely loved our stay & walking into the magnificent lounge in the morning with the sea vista stretching to the horizon was a great way to start the day. Brilliantly equipped as well.

Pros:

A lovely 2nd floor apartment with views over The Hoe and Plymouth Sound. It is very well appointed and equipped for self catering. It is an excellent location for exploring this area of Plymouth within easy walking distance. The cree parking
is a bonus

Plymouth visit
Pros:

Great location. Lovely views. Beautiful building

Cons:

Lots of stairs . Stairs in apartment very steep. 80yr mum struggled. Lift got stuck a couple of times . Despite multiple lights and lamps apartment quite dark. Toilet undef stairs has no proper flooring and vould di with a mirror to maje it seem bigger.
