Beautiful exterior of the hotel but interior and amenities are lacking.

Cons:

The gym was absurdly small for the scale of the property. The spa and gym area was way too dark. The breakfast was not as good as other hotels in that class.

Gorgeous hotel with great design, food and wine and exceptionally helpful staff
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, great design, extremely helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to organise things like a last minute opera ticket, or take care of my luggage. Spa was very enjoyable as was the massage treatment. I loved the design, the in house restaurant is a must visit, and has an incredibly knowledgeable sommelier.

Cons:

I would have paid for a larger room as the one i had was quite small. The standard double was fine for one person, but if you're two go for the higher category. There was also a fair amount of ambient noise. unfortunately they couldn't upgrade me as the hotel was full.
