Ein einmaliger Aufenthalt, den man nicht vergisst!
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage, sehr schöne Ausstattung und Ambiente überall im Hotel. Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal. Ein schicker ganztägiger Barbereich. Die Lage ist auch empfehlenswert, unsere Zimmer waren ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen.

Tip Hotel an super schöner Lage
Pros:

Erstklassiges Hotel mit viel Charme und Liebe zum Detail – eine perfekte Adresse für stilvolle Tage in Vilnius.

Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt, sehr zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Grosszügig geschnitten, extrem bequemes Bett 🛏️ und ein grosses Plus: Auf Wunsch konnten wir andere Kissen bestellen, da die Standardkissen für uns etwas zu weich waren. Das Badezimmer war wunderschön, mit toller Fussbodenheizung – gerade im Winter ein Traum.

Der Spa-Bereich ist bequem über den Flur im 4. Stock erreichbar. Die beiden Textil-Saunen sind sehr angenehm und laden zum Entspannen ein. Weitere Behandlungen haben wir nicht genutzt, aber nur Gutes darüber gehört.

Das Frühstücksbuffet 🍳🥐 ist üppig, hochwertig und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen – ein perfekter Start in den Tag.

Die Reservierung für das Silvesterabendessen kam leider nicht zustande, da wir keine Rückmeldung erhalten haben. Umso beeindruckender war jedoch die Reaktion des F&B-Managements: Als kleine Entschuldigung stand eine Flasche Champagner 🥂 mit feiner Patisserie 🍰 aus dem Restaurant in unserem Zimmer. Sehr aufmerksam, professionell und absolut wertschätzend.

Vier wunderschöne Nächte in einem eleganten, zentral gelegenen Hotel mit Top-Service und Wohlfühlfaktor. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Komfort, Stil und herzlichen Service schätzen 💫🫶🏼

Cons:

Aufgrund der Zimmerbeschreibung ging ich zunächst davon aus, dass der Zugang zur Sauna direkt vom Zimmer aus möglich sei. Tatsächlich befindet sich die Sauna jedoch in einem anderen Teil des Gebäudes und ist über die Flure sowie verschiedene Wege erreichbar.

Das ist grundsätzlich völlig in Ordnung, entspricht jedoch nicht ganz der Beschreibung. Ein kleiner, aber dennoch spürbarer Unterschied.

Pros:

Erinomainen aamiainen. Viihtyisät huoneet ja erinomainen palvelu. Keskeinen sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa. Ylellinen ja seesteinen tunnelma. Henkilökunta teki kaikkensa tehdäkseen oleskelusta parhaan mahdollisen.

Cons:

Sauna oli kuuma mutta kuiva. Kaipasin hyväntuoksuista vesihöyryä saunassa ja hammamissa. Jonkinlainen allas olisi ollut myös mukava. Kylpyhuoneessa olevat kasvonaamiot olivat maksullisia. Sitä ei välttämättä huomaa.

Очень дорого паркинг. Неоправданно. Маленький спорт зал. Мусорник полный вчерашнего мусора - я пришло утром и он был полон - не убирали. В шкафчиках не было полотенец и тапочек - это про спа.
На завтрак не дали заказать в меню - аргумент - у нас много гостей.
Про 14 февраля - ресторан (указанный в условиях букинг) сдали под ужин за деньги для не гостей отеля , а гостей отправили ужинать в бар за стойку - гениально?… по моему просто некрасиво….

Best location, best restaurant, very comfortable. In fact no spa and no parking.

Comfortable, silence at night, no any sounds. Best restaurant for dinner and breakfast

Cons:

In fact No parking. Or expensive ever parking for 120eur./night crazy. In fact no spa- it is just. Sauna for 3 persons, with 3 chairs outside. If more than 4 persons it is useless.

Amazing start of the New Year
Pros:

Everything, from the second we stepped into the door was perfect. We stayed as a short getaway to celebrate NYE and were very well taken care of by the staff. Breakfast was amazing, the spa center had to be pre-booked & felt serene, cozy and exclusive. After room service dinner we just hopped downstairs to see the fireworks and back to bed, sleeping like babies. I asked for a room with a bathtub and the hotel was able to fulfil this requirement. All in all, a proper 5 star hotel, would come back in a heartbeat.
