Five star service
Pros:

Interiors and service were excellent. Our needs, even bespoke ones were met swiftly. Staff were kind and helpful. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on food, but they have a great wine selection. We also traveled with an infant and the service was child friendly, even when not all facilities were available.

Cons:

Parking is pricey, but understandable given the location.

Cons:

Очень большой по площади номер, но абсолютно не функциональный. Неудобная ванная, нет шкафов, не хватает вешалок в единственном шкафу.

Great location but very expensive
Pros:

Hotel location was excellent--walking distance to many sights and restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding and room was larger than expected.

Cons:

The staff was fine and competent but not overly friendly. A beautiful hotel but very expensive.

It was a nice hotel, but compared to others we have stayed at I did not feel it was value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast had good choice, but very little bread/bread rolls available. No rye bread at all even at 10am on Sunday morning. The Molten Brown toiletries were fabulous. It would have been nice to have had a top up on day 2.

Cons:

Staff on arrival were a little stand-offish. The staff the following 2 days were much more friendly. We had put on our booking note that we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at the hotel, but no mention was made about it by the hotel during our stay which was a little disappointing.

Luxury Hotel in the heart of Vilnius Old Town
Pros:

5 star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Vilnius old town. Warmly welcomed with a glass of bubbles upon arrival (nice touch) by exceptional staff. This is a very special hotel. The breakfast is next level! We travelled across 5 countries and 14 cities and this hotel was a standout. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone! You won’t be disappointed.
