Pros:

The small suite we had was spacious enough. There were shops, clubs, restaurants and otherwise at a close distance. This did make for some noise at night. But, it didn’t bother me. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was really nice. The bathroom seemed brand new, maybe less than a year since it was renovated. The staff was kind and helpful. The spa is not in the building but it is directly across the street, maybe 30 second walk. You can clearly see it from the door. The doorman will walk you over and help you communicate there. We didn’t go to the breakfast but many people did so it’s probably good.

It was a wonderful experience ; the kindness, warmth, and helpfulness truly made me feel at home.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference. The Baku Convention Center is very close (5–10 minutes by Bolt). The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and delicious.
What I want to emphasize most is the exceptionally kind and welcoming hotel staff. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never encountered staff as friendly as this. The reception team helped me every day with ordering a Bolt, even stepped outside with me to locate the car, assisted with communication, and provided all possible advice and guidance. Since I stayed for 12 days, they greeted me daily with a warm “Is everything alright? Do you need anything?” I genuinely felt at home. The housekeeping team and all other staff were also wonderful, smiling, and warm. Thank you for everything dear people of West Shine Hotel!

الموظفين ممتازين ولاكن المكان لم يناسبني شخصيا ممكن يناسب غيري او شباب او الناس اللي يبحثون عن سكن باسعار رخيصه

قديم ومكانه في تجمع والمواقف ضيقه وفيها مغسله سيارات والدخول للفندق من الباركنق متاهه وغير امن للعائلات
