Walkin shower would be good, when I book again will request sea view and walk in shower

Easy onstreet parking with discounted parking permits available in the hotel.

One hook on the curtain rail needs some attention. The balcony door needs a catch so it can stay open by a few inches if its needed for some extra ventilation to keep the room cool.

Since the change of management you can see they have spent money updating rooms,decorating the dinning room,adding white chair cover to all the chairs in the dinning room.

Good investment in the drinks machine,rather than the hot drinks being brought to the table.
The Sunday Roast ,was better than l remembered,nice touch the Easter Egg when you paid the bill.

Ideal location on the sea front opposit the Bandstand.

The building is old ,but they have achieved a lot since taking it over.
What can't be changed is the sqeaky floor boards in some of the rooms.

The chest of drawers were not fixed to the wall, can be dangerous.
Staff were very polite and welcoming and pet friendly
Hotel was a little wearing, Beds were not the most comfortable. I think the breakfast would have been more appropriate if we were able to help ourselves instead of waiting to be served especially as this caused queues waiting for food to be replenished.
