Dissapointment beacuse of bad cleaning and bad conditions
Pros:

Nice with a buffet breakfast and a varied menu card
Also the bed and pilllow were good

Cons:

The room and facilities in generel wasnt clean - there were rats on the ground and dirty linens

Pros:

Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. There are places to sit and relax. Games room is good too. Bathroom shower was decent even though the rooms are in cottage style buildings. Fridge and TV were working as expected.

Cons:

I think I booked the cheapest room there. It had 2 wooden pillars in the bedroom. I had to cross two 5'6" door frames to enter the bathroom. I hit my head on it multiple times. The AC is placed diagonally opposite the bed in the bed room.
Room service food is decent but way too expensive compared to the rest of Udupi.
There are a large number of crows making noise all day. They pooped on my car too.
Swimming pool is used as a common family bathing tub.
Except for the overpriced food, I am sure these things are not the fault of the hotel management. But I would not like to pay 6K odd INR per night to stay here.

Did not come upto expectations. Despite the location would nor recommend it to others.
Pros:

The location is excellent and the staff is very courteous and helpful, but that is about it. Breakfast first day was not good. On complaining there was a marked improvement on the 2nd day. The starters and meals cooked on order were fairly good.

Cons:

There is a general air of neglect around the place. Surroundings can be improved upon. For the price charged one expects much better environs. Also the rooms offered(standard) are very much overpriced compared to similar resorts. The boat offered for boating around the lake at Rs3000/-per hr was not clean and also overpriced.

Waste of money
Pros:

The place is definitely beautiful.

Cons:

The service was really sad.The sheets were stained and the food was extremely expensive and the taste was not worth it at all.
The customer service was really bad there hasn't given proper extra bed though they charged for it.People working there dint no how to chain the bedsheets when asked the guy says he's just two days old.
Yes they din even give water bottle to the room and the water that was served at their restaurant was so contaminated.
They were not ready to join two tables as there were 5 of us and they din have a 6seater saying there will be more PPL coming to the restaurant and no one actually turned up.
They expected us to sit in a place which was dark rather than join the table. I have never seen any place with sucha customer service.
Totally unhappy about the experience for the price that was paid
