Wonderful stay. Most comfortable bed
Pros:

Great open space and facilities. Loved the large comfortable room and the best bed in a month of traveling. Very tasteful decor. Front of the house staff really hustled.

Cons:

TV had an issue but the brought in a box that took care of my problem right away.

Unforgetable stay in Luang Prabang
Pros:

Our stay was a sensational unforgetable experience.It’s a peaceful and quiet stay. It’s not located in the heart of the city, but that’s actually what makes it so special. It’s the perfect place to truly rest and disconnect, surrounded by nature.

The hotel grounds are stunning. They have a little club cart that takes you around the property if you don’t feel like walking, which is such a thoughtful and convenient touch. The facilities are gorgeous, the pools are incredible, and the landscape design is breathtaking with rice fields and ponds. We were surprised with the hotel little farm which rabbits, cows, and buffalos.

Even though the hotel is surrounded by nature, our room — including the terrace — was well maintained, clean, with no bugs at all. That’s something very important for us (I’m not a fan of spiders!), and we’ve seen that can sometimes be an issue in other hotels in Luang Prabang, but definitely not here.

We also want to make a very special mention to David who assisted us from the beginning. When we first arrived, there was something we weren’t completely happy with, but he immediately stepped in, handled it perfectly, and was incredibly attentive to all our needs. He truly made our stay unforgettable. His level of customer service gave us so much peace of mind.

The truth is, small issues can happen anywhere — but what really matters is how a hotel responds. Here they care and want you to have the best possible experience, and they will do what it takes to make your stay amazing.

Chan and his team were also excellent. You truly feel taken care of here. The customer service is outstanding — they are attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure you have the best time.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with so many great options. And we also highly recommend the massages. My wife and I had a massage at the hotel spa, and it was spectacular — honestly one of the best massages we’ve ever had in Laos.

Beautiful peaceful hotel - needs a bit more love
Pros:

Very pretty location - swimming pool surrounded by rice paddies

Cons:

No one at the bar or restaurants in the evening - so don’t expect atmosphere. Everyone goes into the local town for dinner - 6km away, but hotel provides a mini bus every hour.
Pools need a serious clean - we did let the staff know.

An oasis within an oasis
Pros:

Pullman is an oasis within an oasis. Luang Prabang is very laid back with a beautiful coffee culture woven into the traditions of the monks that live there. The Pullman is a short ride away (they provide a shuttle to and from the post office every hour during the day) and really is stunning. Lush greenery, epic vistas and three lovely pools to relax next to. There is a well equipped gym. The staff were absolutely superb and our small problem at check in was resolved quickly and efficiently by Avril. Toto checked us in and was so helpful. Both Avril and Toto gave us WhatsApp numbers to contact when needed which was great. The breakfast was varied and the stand out was the variety of coffees available. Tong made the best piccolinos and always served with a huge smile. We stayed in a suite which was huge, clean, cool and had a very nice Illy espresso machine. There is also a small organic farm on site which was lovely to wander through

Cons:

The only negative was that a few pieces of cardiovascular gym equipment were not working whilst we were there and we were told it could take a long time to fix them. The gym can also be very hot but the AC machines work very well and quickly.

À la réception une hôtesse exceptionnelle souriante et serviable : MINA.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner: offre faible , peu de fruits frais, zéro fruits cuits ou secs. Œufs au plat sur cuits en attente dans chauffe plat.

The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful mountain views. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the environment felt very relaxing.
