An oasis within an oasis
Pros:

Pullman is an oasis within an oasis. Luang Prabang is very laid back with a beautiful coffee culture woven into the traditions of the monks that live there. The Pullman is a short ride away (they provide a shuttle to and from the post office every hour during the day) and really is stunning. Lush greenery, epic vistas and three lovely pools to relax next to. There is a well equipped gym. The staff were absolutely superb and our small problem at check in was resolved quickly and efficiently by Avril. Toto checked us in and was so helpful. Both Avril and Toto gave us WhatsApp numbers to contact when needed which was great. The breakfast was varied and the stand out was the variety of coffees available. Tong made the best piccolinos and always served with a huge smile. We stayed in a suite which was huge, clean, cool and had a very nice Illy espresso machine. There is also a small organic farm on site which was lovely to wander through

Cons:

The only negative was that a few pieces of cardiovascular gym equipment were not working whilst we were there and we were told it could take a long time to fix them. The gym can also be very hot but the AC machines work very well and quickly.

Situation géographique parfaite. Bel gencement de la chambre, belle terrasse, Ménage bien fait. Offre de petit déjeuner très moyenne.
À la réception une hôtesse exceptionnelle souriante et serviable : MINA.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner: offre faible , peu de fruits frais, zéro fruits cuits ou secs. Œufs au plat sur cuits en attente dans chauffe plat.

A relaxing stay with great service, especially thanks to Mr. Toto.
Pros:

The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful mountain views. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the environment felt very relaxing.
Special thanks to Mr. Toto, who helped me a lot during my stay. He was very friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. His service made my stay even more comfortable.

Cons:

Some parts of the hotel feel slightly old and could use small improvements. The breakfast was fine but could offer more variety.

The view on the rice fields, the room with a nice terrace. The fitness room, the buggy service 24h.

Cons:

Breakfast. In a 5 star hotel, they should offer fresh juices and homemade jam. Moreover the pastries where not excellent. I cannot give 10 because of the breakfast.

Staff at the highest level, especially girls at the reception. Great breakfast. There are tents to the city, but we downloaded the local taxi app and were not tied to the distribution of the tent. The hotel looks and feels 10 of 10.

Pros:

Beautiful rooms with a huge luxury shower that had super high pressure and large comfortable beds. We ordered the Laos brekfast baguette and the teriyaki steak baguette from the Ateiler restaurant for lunch and it was 10/10 chefs kiss. Free shuttle to the town was so handy.

Cons:

Only small downside was room service as it was slightly cold and felt like the pad Thai had been sat around for a while

Ótimo hotel, mas longe de tudo e com preços excessivamente caros.

Quarto excelente

Cons:

Os preços eram em dólar e a um valor altíssimo. Além disso, a maioria dos hotéis em luang prabang oferecem o serviço de transfer do hotel para o aeroporto de graça, mas o Pullman não. Talvez pela distância não compensasse ofertar o serviço de graça.
