Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Suitable for Families
I am deeply disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was shockingly small, with narrow spaces that made it difficult to move around, especially with a toddler. The floor tiles felt sticky and unclean, and without proper carpeting, my almost 2-year-old had to walk on the wet, cold, and dirty floor.
The bathroom was even worse. The toilet floor was clogged, so even a two-minute shower flooded the entire floor. It was disgusting to wait for the water to slowly drain away. To make matters worse, the shower didn’t work at all, none of the hot or cold water switches functioned. We were forced to use the toilet spray hose as our only water source, which is completely unacceptable. What’s more shocking is that the main faucet for this hose was located underneath the toilet bowl itself which was extremely unhygienic and unsanitary.
As a parent traveling with a baby, this was a horrendous experience. I cannot imagine how hotel management could approve such poor and unsanitary facilities. I sincerely hope the management takes serious and immediate action to improve hygiene, sanitation, and the overall quality of their rooms. Families, in particular, deserve spacious, clean, and safe rooms.
What makes me even angrier is that I paid nearly the same price I would for a Hilton Hotel stay in KL, where the quality and service are worlds apart. Hilton easily feels like a 4–5 star experience compared to this hotel’s shocking standards.
I strongly urge the hotel to reconsider its priorities and invest in major renovations. Until then, I cannot recommend this place, especially for families with children.

Expand and improve room size for guest comfort, especially for families.
Install clean carpeting or proper flooring to ensure hygiene and comfort.
Ensure bathroom drainage is functional to prevent flooding.
Repair and maintain showers and water systems so they actually work.
Relocate and redesign toilet water pipes/faucets to meet basic sanitary standards.
Conduct regular deep cleaning and maintenance to uphold hygiene.
Reassess pricing vs. quality – guests should never feel cheated for the amount paid.
Provide family-friendly facilities that prioritize cleanliness and safety for babies/children.
