Pros:

Struttura caratteristica, sei proprio in vacanza come in un altro mondo, camera pulitissima e fornitissima oltre che curata nei minimi dettagli. Cibo tutto espresso con chef qualificato.

Not in a great ovation unless your planning to see Mt Etna or go wine tasting …
No neighborhood to walk around in and on a very busy road.
So quiet and small …

The best thing about this hotel was the dinner at their restaurant. Also, the design throughout rooms and decor is super cool and artistic.

Cons:

Just super quiet and not a great location to walk outside premises or much to do.
They also charged to use the spa.
Didn’t offer extra amenities or service.
Not super friendly but were nice.

Pros:

This was our first stop for our honeymoon trip. Very romantic, luxurious with special touch in every detail. The stuff is very kind, food delicious, guests are treated special. We will come back for sure!

Our dinner at the restaurant was exceptional.
Pros:

Enrico provided fabulous all round service including multiple recommendations that were all excellent. Breakfast was excellent and the facilities are gorgeous and well kept.

Cons:

Room was ok but it was a last minute late booking so to be expected.

Forse l’unica pecca è che la spa non è collegata alle camere, quindi bisogna raggiungerla vestiti con giubbotto e poi spogliarsi nei camerini

Très joli hôtel, déjeuner très bon

Cons:

Pour un hôtel-spa de cette catégorie 200euro/nuit/1 personne, je m’attendais à ce que l’accès au spa soit inclus et ne coûte pas 40euro/heure/personne. + si l’on réserve un massage, l’accès au spa n’est pas non plus compris. Très déçue.

Purtroppo a causa di gravi problemi di salute un giorno prima della partenza non siamo potuti più partire. Premetto che siamo stati già loro ospiti più volte in famiglia…anziché venirci incontro proponendoci dei voucher per riprogrammare il soggiorno , non accolgono la nostra proposta e ci offrono un credito di 50€ a camera per venirci incontro. Scortesi ed insensibili alla cosa. Non hanno considerato che avrebbero guadagnato di più avendoci dato che in programma avevamo tre ingressi spa, massaggi e cena gourmet per 4 persone… insomma hanno perso dei clienti non sapendoci fare assolutamente con clienti storici come noi.
