Nice well maintained place and good location if you are planning to be around the Binondo area.
Nice quiet place in Binondo
Hand towels are not provided when it is standard with all hotels.
The reason I choose this hotel was the location in the middle of everything about foods foods and shops shops, within 1km radius, walking about 10min. I discover Salazar bakery by accident and its turn out to be the best bakery in Manila with reasonable price.
I use grabcar to go to any places further than 1km, and its convenient.
The hotel service is excellence but the breakfast restaurant service needs to improve as its took long time to serve

Service by the staff was impressive and well coordinated. Very friendly and accommodating. The only thing, the location is a bit crowded with people since the building is in a market setting.
We enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast buffet was good, nice selection. The place is clean and they upgraded our room! Amazing staff, very respectful of your belongings. I got stuff delivered and they took care of them in the reception area. I recommend this place! Will definitely come back!

Limited parking
The staff is friendly, accommodating & listened to my allergy issues about their cleaning fragrance called wash out, the smell is too strong for me & triggered my allergy. They stopped using it on the room furnitures where I stayed. Overall, the service & cleanliness is excellent

The only complain is for house keeping ....
They will arrange your bed and make your bed when you leave but they will not change your bed sheet , on the 3rd day i ask them to do it they change it all but just wondering why they dont , they dont change your drinking classes as well and the coffee mugs they dont change it every day
