La gentileza del personal, sumada a la buena ubicación del alojamiento.
Adicionalmente, tuvieron flexibilidad en mi ingreso facilitando mis actividades preagendadas en Quito.

Cons:

En la habitación asignada había constante olor a humedad, a pesar de tener las ventanas abiertas. Si no fuese por esta situación -seguramente aislada- todo hubiese estado excelente.

Apropiado para una estancia 3 estrellas
Pros:

La atención es cálida y oportuna. La habitación triple tiene camas grandes y el desayuno buffet es apropiado (a pesar de ser repetitivo).
La ubicación está bien si tienes auto (desconozco la situación de parqueo), de lo contrario podrás tomar taxi y sale económico (entre $3 a $5 con Uber), pero si deseas salir caminando a los centros comerciales cercanos o el estadio, te toma entre 20 a 30 minutos.

Cons:

La limpieza es el punto débil, desde que recibimos la habitación, el baño tenía cabellos en el piso y polvo (detrás de la puerta) y la alfombra faltaba aspirar. Las ventanas no tenían forma de ser abiertas y el único sistema de circulación de aire era un espacio del baño.

Pros:

Excelente relacion calidad-precio. El personal del hotel fue muy amable. El desayuno estuvo bien. Es un lugar ideal para alojarse para los turistas que visitan Quito por primera vez. Está muy cerca de dos estaciones de metro y del Parque La Carolina.

Cons:

No recuerdo nada.
