Le falta muchísimo mantenimiento, los cuartos están muy descuidados, no hay restaurante o algo en el para conseguir comida, solo la alberca se salva, pero todo lo demás está súper descuidado...

Decepcionante, en malas condiciones, abandonado, el personal amable, sin embargo no hay servicio de restaurante, no hay aire acondicionado, y en nuestra última noche una persona abrió la puerta de nuestra habitación, esto fue lo más preocupante pues viajé con niños, no lo recomiendo para nada.

TERRIBLE, las fotografías no reflejan la realidad del inmueble. Parece un lugar abandonado, llegamos y nadie nos recibió ni para orientarnos, ni nada. Decidimos perder la reservación e irnos a otro lugar. Cero recomendado

Pros:

Es un hotel que parece que hace años estuvo muy bien, pero ya está muy deteriorado, las almohadas muy incómodas, no tiene aire acondicionado hace mucho calor. No hay wifi en las habitaciones. El agua del lavabo huele muy feo, como caño. Por otro lado, las habitaciones son muy amplias, el personal es amable, la televisión se ve muy bien y tienen dish.

No me hospedé, pregunté cuánto hacía de Tequesquitengo al hotel y me contestaron que 17 minutos maximo, cuando en realidad era uno hora aproximadamente.

En general es un buen lugar la vista es espectacular lamentablemente el hotel le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento pero es entendible por la situación que tenemos de pandemia definitivo si regresaré
