The room had lots of bugs coming from under the door
It wasn’t bad at all and everything seem to be working alright, I enjoyed my stay and the staff were nice and helpful. Just didn’t understand why room key cards have to be disabled every 24 hours, requiring reactivation at the reception. Nigeria and Nigerians will always do things that make little or no sense. That was my one issue.

My stay was not good at all. I had to cancel the days I was staying there and move to another hotel. Overall customer service and professionalism was below standards. Food left a lot to be desired after long hours of waiting. Food quality and service poor. Lack of crucial items in the rooms. Took very long and after numerous reminders to get service and issues resolved. It was a very bad experience.
Good quality, as good/ better than competition. Staff needs more training on responsiveness
The hotel is new and some of the fittings are quite good. But the bath towels are already very old, the floor towel was ripped, the internet service was unreliable and the selection of TV channels was poor.
